The job he's done with st mirren has been absolutely unbelievable to be fair. Is it any more a risk than we have taken with rowett?

I don’t see it as a risk. A half decent manager will get Sunderland promoted. He’ll do that, then that gives him 14 months to know what we need to take on the championship

Very highly rated apparently.
Likes to play fluid attacking football and always ‘goes for it’, plays youngsters who are able to match his high tempo tactics.
Sounds exciting and a bit different to what we have seen previously.

I can see sunderland starting their climb back upwards under him. Superb appointment

I read somewhere that they were looking to re-appoint Coleman.

Can't stop thinking about this ex-player when Sunderland and St Mirren are mentioned in the same sentence,

I think it's a great appointment. Favours youth, is young, fresh and dynamic. Plays attacking football.
English football needs more of it and not the tired old names, which need moving over onto the scrap heap.
Like us with Rowett. He's a hoofer but at least he's a young and ambitious one!

He’ll do that, then that gives him 14 months to know what we need to take on the championship In Sunderlands position nothing is a risk, you are in free fall with massive debts and still paying high wages to the likes of Rodwell. To big of a club to be in league 1 for long you would think.
