I know some don't like them but I think they all make for great drama and one of the few benefits of life in lower leagues is the chance of a playoff final. I am rooting for... Championship...Villa but not sure why, maybe I have a thing for staffsvilla Div 1..........Definitely the Shrews as a Shropshire lad would welcome a visit to 'new gay meadow' Div 2..........Exeter having lived in Devon for many years and spent many hours in that lovely city National League. C'mon Tranny North West Counties Div 1....Got to be Whitchurch Alport It will be a welcome release from the horrors of the last few months

I think Middlesbrough will come up, by doing what Huddersfield did last year. Keeping it very tight at the back

The play offs are ace. They were quite controversial at first but it's hard to imagine life without them now.

Can't quite make my mind up about the pissing about they've done further down the pyramid though. You can now finish 7th and get promoted in place of a team that finished 2nd! However, I do like the fact that there is a reward for finishing higher up the table in the play-off system with their new arrangement.

I would love to see Villa go up.
I am sick of seeing the vile bastards win games on a Saturday, I can't wait to see them getting regularly thrashed again in front of a quarter empty stadium/shithole.
The deluded pricks are wandering around now pretending its still the early eighties.
Wankers, I fucking hate Aston Villa.

I'd personally make a European spot available via a playoff in the Premier League, would be something for the mid-table clubs safe from relegation to aim at.

If Coventry go up, they will only be one Division below us.
That must mean that the Cup defeat there wasn't that bad?
Hughes (back) In 👍😉

The playoffs are amazing except for when your club is involved and you're in a division lower than where you should be, as was the case for us in 2000/01/02. Then they're just utter barbarism.

It is very possible to see Pulis and Hughes in PL, while Stoke in Championship.

I think that's a great idea and it would give mid table clubs something to play for and extend the interest in the season. if you look at the final fixtures pretty much zero interesting games. The only issue of course is the whingeing 'big 6'who want less games per season.Fuck em I say 2 extra games is nothing to clubs with huge resources.

I've done a straight treble for promotion - Middlesbrough, Scunthorpe and Lincoln. Just over 53/1. Should be interesting!

That will just about Crown a thoroughly vile end to the season for some Stokies. Not me though, I hope he does it but if I were betting on it, my money would be on Villa because of Bruce's personal form in play-offs.

The lowest I've ever felt after a football match was losing to Leicester at home in the play off semi final at the Vic and we've had more heartache than good in our play off experiences, but they are drama and we've not experienced much of that for a few years so I'd love for us to be involved this time next year, well that's if we can't nail automatic promotion that is

Yes it’s like watching all the fans piling on the pitch after they win the two legged play-off game running around like they’ve achieved something, when you know full well that one of those teams is going to walk away with f*ck all at the Final 😂
