As Stoke are the club I've chosen to follow, I feel obligated to learn more than just the basic facts about the area. I came across this 8 part documentary from the Guardian. Has anyone seen it? Would you say it provides a truthful picture? I don't want to waste my time watching fake news. We already have too much of that! www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLa_1MA_DEorHMmqmMUPcGxqzeslO4LP83

John Domoskos is one of the few London journos who tried to learn something about the area and was honest in his portrayal

Not sure how I feel about it. It seemed to focus on only one side of Stoke life where I would have liked to have seen a more complete (broader) picture of Stoke, which I'm sure exists outside the scope of the series. I understand why they (the documentary makers) chose their direction, but overall I found it a bit depressing. I'm not a native so I cannot speak to its accuracy.
