Meh, really? He's done the same for them as he did for us. Been the best player in a team, stopped them being relegated and got them to finish lower mid table. The last part of the last sentence is the most ridiculous thing i've ever read. You should read more^ Simple fact is if Arni had stayed we would still be in the prem and West Ham would be relegated. I agree with your last sentence. He's done exactly the same for them as he did for us though. Kept them up when they were shit. Just like with us last season. He hasn't really improved, he's been that good since 2014/15.

In my opinion Ramadan has been underwhelming to say the least
I think he could be a good player, but I cannot see him becoming the new Salah, my bet is that he will be exactly the same for Huddersfield as he was for us...........average!
Don't blame Stoke for letting him go, always disappointed to lose a player, in particular when he thinks he is better than he is

Showed a lot of promise last season, but this season he has been total garbage.

A few years back we had ‘fuck Nzonzi off- he slows the game down too much’. NOW he’s one of the best centre midfielders in the world Before that when Arnie signed it was time to fuck him off too- ‘too inconsistent’- NOW rumoured with a 50m pound move to United I’m pretty certain Ramadan will go TO better things, so good luck to him. He certaintly wasn’t helped here by Hughes and the fans. Exactly. They're all better players in other clubs. So good luck Ramadan!

Yeh, can't cross, can't shoot, has next to zero pace and errr not worth 15 million Ok, if he can't now fuck it he will never be able to then. If he was 28 fair enough but hes 21. Potential has a value. Bang average championship players are 10 - 15m now who have no resale value. But someone who's played in the Premier League and is an international football and is young isn't.. If we get 8 for him and spend 6 of it on Mcclean someone somewhere needs to look at themselves and their decision they have made. Potential does have value but not 10 million, if he was one of our better players last season and had shown improvement I probably wouldn't be disagreeing with you, but he hadn't improved, it looked like he got worse tbh (that could have been down to how he was being asked to play though), he hasn't even proved he's an average champ player yet and because of that I don't see him worth 15mil, can't say I've seen any go for that much yet mind, being an international player means absolutely nothing to me, its not like he's a regular in the Brazil side is it. I'm not reading much into McClean, its just a rumour, but surely that would go against your argument that bang average champ players go for 12-15mil if he was to move for around 6mil.

Not much between him and MacClean apart from the age. I suppose it is reckoned that the profit on him makes it worth it? What are we going to pay for MacClean?

Actually gutted about Sobhi leaving. Gets a lot of stick on here, mainly because most Stoke fans couldn’t pick out a talent if it kicked them in the bollocks. This year Ramadan has got dogs abuse because his end product isn’t up to standard. Which is fair enough. But he is 21- to put that into context he’s a year older than Ollie Shenton- what’s his end product like nowadays? Could not disagree more, sorry. I actually think the exact opposite. We have been so patient with him. I actually cannot even recall him getting an assist let alone a goal? What does he actually offer? In spite of that, he's been very much protected relative to other players in our side who have done far more but have received more vitriol. Choupo and Diouf spring to mind. [/quote Graham, Diouf’s total inability to hit the back of the net from 5 yards out and his lack of control of a football plus Moting’s continual disappearance in games where his ability could have made the difference are why they received the vitriol they did- and in my opinion totally deserved. By all means move Sobhi on, but don’t for a minute think Diouf or Moting will be any different this next season than last- that is frustratingly shit.

What a massive pity. Unfortunately for him, he's been massively let down by Stoke City, and his development has been actively hindered during his time here.
I genuinely think that he will be making us look very foolish in a few years.

Good business for them if true 2 years and then he'll jump ship Depends on so many 'unknowns'. Wagner MAY be able to transform him into a Prem player; MAY get 4 years out of him (if contract details correct); this MAY result in a good sell-on when he goes; MAYBE nothing improves and we can feel smug with our sale- so many ifs, buts and maybes. With most signings, you take your chance.

From Sky:-

SOBHI CLOSE TO TERRIERS MOVE
The Egyptian FA have this afternoon confirmed that Stoke's Ramadan Sobhi has undergone a medical ahead of a proposed move to Huddersfield Town, reports the Stoke Sentinel.
The 21-year-old winger scored three goals in 27 appearances as the Potters were relegated to the Championship last month, but is set to remain in the Premier League with Gary Rowett keen to reshape his squad this summer.
He played just over an hour of last night’s international friendly 0-0 draw with Colombia in Italy and was then allowed to make a brief return to England to undergo the procedure.

Hes played 41 games in 2 seasons and done nothing to warrant a regular place or prove that he his a good footballer.

Absolutely criminal club governance that has had massive and far reaching effects

Hasn't a clue what to do when he gets the ball.
