We have looked better organized under Lambert, but he doesn't seem to be able to win tight games ever. I have supported him all the way, but I can really understand questions being raised now. Utter drivel. Your opinion, but one I don't share.

It will take a relegation battle next season for Lambert to go. Then it will be 2 months too late before the board get rid. #predictable

Do we think, assuming for a second, in the realms of fantasy, that we might be up for not appointing a tired failure from the merry go round, that we might be able to tempt someone high profile as a ‘project’ club? Offer them a stack of money, back them properly, and might we still be attractive to a Quique or a Puel? I think that's what will happen Rob.

In theory we should be an attractive proposition to an ambitious manager.

Is it drivel? Seems about right to me. Organised is relevant only to what he's organised us into. He's organised a side who don't score, don't win and don't play in the Premier League next year. I've no real animosity towards him but I'd ship him out as soon as fucking possible. We won't though. See you next season Paul.

Farsical to keep him. Sad times at Stoke these days.

He was left with a squad of players that collectively were not good enough. Slowly but surely Hughes set the club back 10 years with his disastrous transfers and we're back where we started. I never saw the sense of sacking Pulis and don't now. Nevermind the internet warriors who've started supporting the club since promotion and their unrealistic expectations, they'll drift away or stay in the background just to try and cause trouble. Welcome to the lower leagues. Be careful what you wish for. I'm city till I die

Is it drivel? Seems about right to me. The statistical facts are that under Lambert, we had the joint 2nd worst goal difference in the league while scoring the 2nd least amount of goals. That's absolutely terrible and like I said on other threads, while we were shit and in a relegation fight under Hughes, we have become the worst team in the league and at no point have even remotely looked like staying up under Lambert.

Up until today I was for him staying but after watching the farce in front of me before the Crouch substitution and the coaching staff dithering about bringing the hapless Sobhi on I’ve changed my mind. None of them had a fuckin clue what to do and that’s why the useless Sobhi spent 5 minutes standing on the touch line. The Crouch substitution(even though he wasn’t very good) made the team lose all its shape after and as a consequence we lost the game.POOR POOR management😡

Anyone hear Lambert on 5 live?? He was talking as if he may not be here next season and rightly so after his woeful attempt of survival. Do you have a brief summary of what he said, mate? Do 5 Live upload interviews to listen to later on?

How do you go from Flores to Lambert? This is what a scatter gun and ill prepared managerial process results in.
Shambles.

Anyone under the age of 18 is unable to support Stoke because we didn't see us get slaughtered by Peterborough. What the hell makes you think I am any different to you in my love of the club because I wasn't alive back then? As for Pulis, it was the correct decision to get rid. We have had 4 years since he left and been largely better off for it so to say he shouldn't have left is absolute nonsense.

We were abysmal from the first minute to the last. Diabolical. Usual overreaction Running around fouling and not being able to string 2 passes together isn't football matey. Nor is hoofing it up to Crouch while the hapless Diouf dozes his arse off. Open your eyes.

It was a chance no doubt but ball moving away from goal and maybe behind him a bit? It would have taken a good header. We were pretty abject otherwise in the first half.
