This was one of the items discussed at the Supporters Council meeting and deserves a thread on its own imo. I think it'd be a tremendous idea.
Have we got like a hall of fame? You could incorporate that sort of thing in to it. It wouldn't need to be big but if it was done right, I think it'd be a really excellent addition to the area in/around the stadium.

I have one (just one) of Ally Pickering's boots from the last ever game at the Vic.
I was hoping to sell it one day and retire to the Bahamas on the proceeds, but if they're going to make a proper club museum it wouldn't be right for me to selfishly hold on to such a piece of sporting history.

You can sell it to the museum and retire to Westport Lake in a dinghy!

There is a small museum in one of the rooms at the Brit.
Only problem is you have to be either on a tour or be sitting with the prawn sandwich brigade on match day to see it.

Saido could have his own exhibit as stoke striker with longest barren spell, jesus when I think that players like Mama played with all they had despite the lack of talent he had it galls me
in fact at Halloween the museum could become a haunted house of horrors with such moments as Saido not scoring and Charlies penalty miss etc

Thanks Bayern, as you say, we need to get it right and if we do, I can see it becoming a decent attraction.

Thanks Bayern, as you say, we need to get it right and if we do, I can see it becoming a decent attraction. This is where I get all grand plans in my head and think if there's enough land by the statue of Sir Stan to have a purpose built building. Because what an awesome entrance that would be!

What on earth would we put in a club museum? We could fill half a small room at best!

Make sure the ceiling is 7ft high or you won't be having a Crouch statue in it^

What on earth would we put in a club museum? We could fill half a small room at best! Yeah what could the second oldest league club in the world (I feel like I've just made that up based in England being forerunners but im sticking with it) possibly put in a museum? No history.

For a club that has such mixed history of commitment to the statues of its legends, I'm not sure their heart will be in hosting an entire museum.

Like aren't we the reason added time was included in games? And we played the first top flight game under floodlights? I may have made these up but I'm sure I've read them on here and believed them.

For a club who have never won much we have a wonderful history. Some of the players who have graced the turf. Both in the red and white and against us. Our centenary game was against real madrid at the vic, the worlds biggest stars turned out for sir stans match as well. We toured the world taking our football everywhere at one point. We have so much to celebrate and cherish. Probably the most famous and historic of all the under achievers in English football.

Yeah, 89th minute penalty against Villa & they kicked the ball out the ground & into the Trent(Don't know if Villa were winning or drawing) By the time they'd retrieved it the ref had blown up. A few things come to mind with this. Why didn't we have a spare ball to hand & I don't know what Villa were worried about, they should have just insisted tha Charlie Adams take it. Small Town & Charlie!

Things I'd like to see to remember our premier league stay:
Pulis cap Delap towel Pulis bath towel Abdoulaye Faye's flip flops Kenwyne Jones' pig head locker Wilson Palacios I guess we should remember Hughes' spell so a lump of dog crap with a pile of white sheep's wool on top
