Bruno would have killed the little shit. If that was a Stoke player I can hear Linekar saying "and was Shaqiri lucky to be on the pitch?"

Are you serious about that? It was obvious all players had instructions to play aggressive against him the whole game including at least Peiters, Indi, Zouma.

Doesn’t mean he can round throwing punches hun. I really wanted Stoke to win as 3 points are more important for Stoke than goals for Salah, I also felt frustrated for Salah as he wasted a 100% goal. Concerning this video, you cant convert the game into a dirty battle then complain when your opponent became dirty too, he already left the field limping with an injury due to being hitted multiple time without the ball from the whole defense. I tried not to mention that during the game but it cant end up with Salah as the bad guy.

I got slated on here for suggesting Lambert came out with these kind of comments before the citeh game, saying ' you can't say that you'll get charged' Since then we've had Roma defenders telling Salah to bring his shin pads because we're going kick him off the pitch, and now Lambert pre match. Mind games. Love them.

Yes, I love him and it was mistake from him to get frustrated or angry this way, but with the same logic the whole Stoke defense played it dirty today, I shouldn't change my opinion because i am writing it on Oatcake. You can read the comments before the game, with many posters asking to injure him in the first few minutes, if you are supporting your team this way so you shouldnt complain about a video like this.

There's a world of difference between playing a man's game, as we did, and throwing punches as Salah did and should be given a retrospective ban for. But with the player being the darling of football it won't happen.

Absolute rubbish. Big difference that’s violent conduct from Salah. Didn’t see any Stoke players throwing any off the ball punches. Don’t even remember any particularly bad tackles they just stuck close to him.

Salah aiming a punch or whatever at an opposing player is outside of the laws of the game.

Could you please edit the title of this thread because the image of a football player trying to pinch another player evokes Primary School.
Did he also stick a "Kick me" sign to his back and try to nick his milk money?

Yes true grasping an opponent player from his hand is not allowed in the law and it should be a penalty for the guy against Pieters grasping the guy from his T-shirt (almost he took it off) is not allowed in the law and it should be another penalty for the guy against Pieters Thanks god it didnt end up with penalties as i mentioned before 3 points for Stoke in this game are more important than Salah goals, he is already above Kane with 5 goals. I admitted this is a mistake from Salah, i didnt defend him in this, when he does something wrong i will say this is wrong and i said it is wrong, but all of people here watch the game with one eye so they ignore what they dont like.

Indi wouldn't have flinched anyway. Dion Dublin on 5 Live was commenting on Indi as 6 ft 4 & 16 stone of muscle. "Is he really 16 stone" asked a surprised John Murray? "If he isn't, he needs to get on the weights Monday morning".
The official site mistakenly claim he's 6ft1 and 11 and a half stone. Draw your own conclusions.

Stoke defense played dirty? Not even close, Doc. The physical side to our game has gone missing over the last couple of seasons, and that’s one of the reasons we’re in this mess. If Salah had tried that shit against our team of 7 or 8 years ago, our whole team would have been lining up to knock beard off his face.

Presumably the PFA player of the year is above punishment? Virtually any player, that's a MOTD or Sky Sports dahling will/would get away with it. Especially if it's against a 'lower' team. It will never change unless it's absolutely blatant and the expert pundits comment on it.

match of the day showed a clumsy tackle by diouf on someone and mentioned he was off the ground when tackling but not a dickie bird about salah and his swing and miss at bruno. MOTD wouldnt have an agenda tho would they

Presumably the PFA player of the year is above punishment? Airbrushed from MOTD last night, like a hideous Rooney tackle for The Shit against Liverpool was a couple of seasons ago. Big club bias is everywhere.
