More of the players
The glorious chances spurned by the useless donkey
If only we had a proper striker ...

I get your dislike of the manager Mark but surely even you can see shoots of improvement under him despite the 1 win in 13🤔compared to the goals we shipped week in week out under the useless cunt we had before

You cant stay in PL if your ambition is to get 1 point from each game, you are playing for 38 points during the whole season and you will never achieve your goal in all games.

I feel the same as when Pulis was in charge. He sets out not to lose and I rather be in the championship without him than in the premier league with him or Pulis for that matter

Football is dire, daft subs, delusional press conferences and we never ever look like we can win a game. Hughes was poor but Lambert is no upgrade. Where are you seeing improvement?

The players didn't seem to down tools for Hughes till the end but he still had to go. Lambert has had the benefit of having two decent players in Bauer and Badou at his disposal but we can't win games and the football is horrible, he's not the man to lead us forward

It wasn't Lambert's fault that Adam couldn't be arsed to follow his penalty up, or Butland couldn't catch a simple cross at Leicester.

I'll use the must maligned phrase "I hope he proves me wrong", but I think we'll see the same dour defensive hoofing next year

At least we'd probably survive I guess.

At least 2 of then were draws snatched out of the jaws of victory...both due to the obvious limitations of the manager In what way were they the limitations of the manager?

Yet with a decent striker we’d have nicked half of those at least. Not exactly Lambert’s fault.

At least 2 of then were draws snatched out of the jaws of victory...both due to the obvious limitations of the manager In what way were they the limitations of the manager? The tactics that were used once we went 1-0 up in both games and the shocking subs that change most games that we play. I never thought any manager could make stranger subs than Hughes, but Lambert smashes him out of the water on that front.

It’s clear as day we’ve made massive improvements, but we really needed to win one of them. Just one win would have seen us in with a great chance

Also how is 1 win in 13, the worst run in English football classed as an improvement? Yes Hughes was shit at the end but to suggest this guy is any better or has done better is ridiculous.

Just one win would have seen us in with a great chance Is the massive improvements the fact we won 1 in 13 which is worse form in English football. Is it the fact we now park the bus and aimlessly lump it up to a 37 year old? Is it that we play the likes of Johnson? Ahh i can see the massive improvements, i guess running around and sticking all but 1 player behind the ball is the way forward.

Mostly deserved draws. From memory, you could not say that we deserved to win any of them really, regardless of the missed chances or incidents.

I’m thinking more of the fact they look 100% fitter, more organised and not getting trounced 4 in every game we play. He’s not been dealt the best of hands however he’s done ok. The damage was done long before he took over. But some choose to ignore that and blame lambert
