If I had a finely tuned torso like that I'd never put a shirt on in the first place

I remember thinking he was a bit a fuckwit for doing in two games in succession at the time - and wondering if he'd be the first to get a suspension for no other reason. However it became academic as his scoring spree evaporated after goal #2.
If what I am led to believe is the reason for this being a bookable offence - then there is a certain irony in this - and that is it was introduced because amongst the global television audiences there were certain constituents who found the gratuitous display of the male torso offensive.
Particularly in Middle Eastern Countries!!

Three bookings for shirt removal! Stupid!
Can't blame them though, they're just amazed that we've scored one.

Forget shirt removal, I am surprised a few of our players didn't faint after scoring, such is the rarity of our bulging the opposition net.

Well, unscientific though it may be, it speaks volumes about us this season doesn't it?

If Watford sweep the board so comprehensively, how come they aren't rock bottom?
But yes, it does tell the casual observer how utterly crap we've been this season.

It pisses the sponsor off if their logo isn't seen because the scorer is swinging his shirt round his head.
