Only Stoke could send out a supporter survey that has no interest in your matchday experience or opinion of how the football club is run. At least we know exactly where we stand. They don't want to know because they couldn't give a flying fuck.

It’s a sign of the times when your football club is sending out surveys asking if you’re currently going through or are planning to go through gender reassignment surgery.

I had hoped that one real question may be worth answering.
Modern day gender survey what a waste of my time. I hope someone at the club reads this on the oatcake and if they send a future survey out to note before hand this is a political correctness survey so i can put it straight in the bin.
Instead of dressing it up your opinion matters in the email.

Don't really see the problem with it. They're obviously trying to figure out why our website doesn't get much traffic and what the general demographics of stoke fans are.
They're probably well aware of how pissed off fans are.

They're probably well aware of how pissed off fans are. Seriously! Why do they not ask the relevant questions like what would improve our site. Partly the main site is slow with news. The best part of the site is Stoke City+. Instead of 7 or 8 of the 11 or so questions based on gender and race, if they wanted to know that send a survey out saying so do not dress it up in one that makes the user think it may be relevant.

A total pointless survey. Who cares if a supporter is bi/straight/gay or pregnant? For goodness sake Stoke, get a grip.

PC is a PC obsessed octogenarian dyed in the wool liberal left socialist, surprised there is no question on how did you vote on Brexit, their time would be better spent finding our why the fans think the club is in a fuck awful mess than this fucking PC bullshit box ticking exercise.

They literally do ask that question. Again, i assume the gender and race questions are so that they can get an idea on demographics of stoke fans. Because it's extremely important how many transgender fans Stoke have I don't see the issue in finding out? All companies do surveys to find their key demographics and who is and isn't using their product. So they can come up with reasoning why some specific groups aren't attending, and make it more appealing to them. i.e, if there are no transgender fans, why is this? Can we change things to make it more welcoming/appealing to them. Exactly the same as if they switched the word 'transgender' for 'Children/Teenagers/families/students' in that last sentence. There are plenty of problems with political correctness, but a wholly optional survey where the club try to get a sample of who the stoke fans are is not one of them. Seems like the mention of the word 'transgender' sets off a weird, aggressive klaxon in some people's heads for no reason.

We could try installing gender neutral toilets to attract the mass's of transgender citizens in our catchment area , alternatively we could stop signing dicks and c**ts and try building a team that identifies with the citizens in our catchment area, which actions do you believe would entice more citizens from our catchment area to come into the ground on match day's ?

Okay. I'm not sure why the club finding out the what type of fans are and aren't going to games is a problem. I don't know, i don't work for the club. Again, the players we've signed aren't really what they're on about. The general feeling would be that the team playing poorly affects all fans, not specifically one demographic more than others. So finding out what type of fans do come and don't is a good idea to get more people in. I'm really not sure what you're even arguing about now to be honest? You've gone all weird.

They're probably well aware of how pissed off fans are. The 'are you pregnant' question was utterly ridiculous though ... you've just asked me if I'm male? And I've just told you that I am. People are paid good money to a) write this stuff and b) beta test it.

No problem with the survey except the timing seems a little odd but as ever it paints the clubs marketing efforts in an extremely poor light.
Upon exiting the survey you are able to redirect customers back to your own website or website of your choice. You would have thought in a survey about the website, where you have encouraged people to think about how they interact with your website you would take the opportunity to send this captive audience back to said website!
This would have taken some effort though. The person designing the survey would have had to type stoke city.com into a box!

They employ totally ill educated dumbos and don’t even pay them the minimum wage. No wonder they churn out shite!
