Can't fault any of the players today but fine margins will see us relegated.
5 on 1 and Diouf finds the 1
Arggghhh
Deserved a point

Dogged performance against a Spurs side that destroyed Chelsea last time out.
But, we're simply not good enough as the "5 on 1" showed...

Playing well and losing is a sure fire recipe for relegation.

Lost my stream half way through the second half but from what I saw today and at the Arse you can't fault the players commitment. We're just not good enough!

Plenty of commitment and hard work but we are just so poor up front. We can't score enough.

Plenty of effort, not enough talent.
That's been our squad all over this season.

Agreed, very proud of our efforts today and against Arsenal. We played as well against the 2 of them than I can remember even though we have taken points before (okay not away at Arse). However, it amounts to nought and we may well be heading down (trying to keep some shred of optimism though) but it is so refreshing to see our energy, pressing, closing down and bursts. No-one could say we didnt deserve it if we had got a draw today. Certainly reverses the recent 4-0 hammerings etc. that we have taken from them. We havent looked close to them in the recent past but that changed today.
For me, Lambert has us fitter, better organised and looking a threat against these higher quality teams by playing football through them rather than just hoof.
Still hoping for a miracle but I do fear it is going to take one for us to stay up.

Personally, I'd have kept Ramadan on and put Crouchy up top with Diouf.
The Campbell introduction was a nothing sub, no disrespect to the kid but he ain't ready...

We're playing with a lot more pride, but you can't help but feel that it's too late to be plugging the gaps.

That was unbelievable from Diouf. I don't want to see that incident ever again. Was it right at the end? My stream went off. I daren't ask but what happened? About 10 mins from time I think..He broke into the penalty area on the left with Crouch, Campbell and Shaqiri totally free waiting the pull back. Instead he passed it to the one Spurs defender who was in the box.

The improvement under Lambert has been huge ( except results lol). Totally agree Lambert has got the eleven on the pitch showing far more commitment and organisation than hughes ever did. I think we are going down But I would attach no blame to Lambert and new signings badou and bauer Hughes scholes and carto made such a mess of it... Even a hundred per cent improvement is not enough!!!

No disrespect but Diouf was shit, Campbell came on and did much better, 5 on 1 and diouf messes it up, two good chances diouf messes them up and to top it off he nearly missed the goal anyone that think he’s the best striker we have are silly

Playing well and losing is a sure fire recipe for relegation. Exactly so. And the good sides play poorly and win. At least next season, if Lambert is still there, this kind of application will serve us well in the Championship. Not all doom and gloom.

ruts I beg to disagree and I thought Ty played well when he came on a couple of good balls, good movement- more than Berahino has done all season

We put so much into the same, but unfortunately we will be relegated due to a severe lack of quality.
Special mention to the two in midfield who were absolutely fantastic.

When you are spurning gifts like that and the England keeper is chucking them in at the other end there's only going to be one outcome.
