Like so much related to our club of late SCFCDirect website is truly awful. Making renewing a season ticket more painful than watching Berahino try to remember how to spell his own name. Anyone else having the same frustrations with using the site to renew? I don't want to change seats, I don't want a car park pass, I just want to renew the seats i already have, should be pretty effing simple, but providing a working link to do such a thing is apparently beyond the abilities of those running the site...then again maybe nobody has put it to the test given that i imagine ST renewals could be at an all time low.

I had no problems with the site at all. About 1 minute to renew and an instantaneous email acknowledgement.

Used it many times to renew and buy away tickets, it's never taken me more than a couple of minutes.

Interesting feedback indeed, then. I am still having problems with it though, when I click more info nothing happens, if i click choose seats the stadium loads, but i can't renew my actual seats from there. I am going early tomorrow so will just visit the ticket office. Thanks for the replies all

The stadium plan is for choosing a new seat. Sounds like you're logged into an account that isn't linked upto your season ticket seat.

That's what i thought, but all my details are correct and it is definitely the same account Hopefully I will get it sorted tomorrow and then witness a Stoke win (remember those?)...or maybe the missus has renewed for me (More chance of a win tomorrow)

Worked perfectly for me, even automatically adjusting to the old fogeys' rate. There are two ways of logging in (client number or email). Try the one you haven't used.

Renewed my son’s ticket in about 2 minutes online. Impossible to renew my own. 33 pigging minutes on the phone to the ticket office. My daughter’s not bothering.
I’m scratching my head to understand why the cub, in its current position, has not made the slightest effort to convince me to renew for next season. Not one letter, reminder email, text or automated voice message. Nothing to me. Nothing to my daughter. My son did get Coates’ letter this morning.
The marketing, like so much else about the club. Is bloody dire.

There used to be 3 ways of logging on, theyve removed 1. the one with all my friends and family on , the one i normally use has now been removed. so now i can only renew two instead of five. ive now got to regester the other three. Not happy

Took me no more than a couple of minutes once i realisedthe kids prices were £109 rather than the £99 i thought they were. Easy peasy.

If you make no attempt to communicate with your supporters there will be some who get the hump and don't renew. I've renewed but I'm not overly impressed with the way the club is being run at the moment.

As said above, you shouldn't need a letter, an email or a phone call to renew. You either want to or you don't. As it happens I shan't be renewing this year but that is down to age and health reasons combined with the 270 mile round trip and has nowt to do with anything the club might or might not say to me.

No doubt, you've put in the hard miles over many years and are Stoke through and through. My first season ticket was 30+ years ago which resulted from a bit of initiative from the club introducing half season tickets. That initiative resulted in me, my parents and my kids buying season tickets continuously since 1980/81. If the club is not going to bother trying to sell the club to supporters in the future the future could be very bleak in deed. How much time, effort and money does a marketing email cost?

By employing 60 people worldwide. Which for a club of our stature would be silly financially. That said we could do so much more with the funds at our disposal, I have no problem with saying that as we were a Premier League team running a lower league set up in this department.....
