OK
I had a problem with my PC, it kept restarting
I tried numerous things to fix this but in the end the only thing I could do was re-install windows
Now ive done that and the restarting problem is fixed, but when im on the interent and I scroll up or down it jumps
Its as if the browser cant keep up with the scroll and its really doing me head in
Anyone got any ideas of how to fix this?
Cheers

Trout try screwing or roping the screen down on the desk or somethin' like that to keep it firmly in place............

It's hard to say what the problem is, but........ I'd make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.
Right click on my computer, click properties, then I think its the hardware tab then device manager.
Make sure that there is no ! by any of the installed devices.

Make sure you have all the windows updates installed and use Firefox instead of internet explorer.

I checked that all my drivers are up to date and they are I'm still convinced it's the graphics card drivers - I've seen that exact behaviour before myself

Processor or graphics card, one of the two.

Bread has nailed it. It's your graphics card / driver. Probably. Try the file hippo uodate checker too. www.filehippo.com/
