This might sound weird, maybe it's the vino and accepting the fight's almost certainly over.... but anyone else actually looking forward to renewing acquaintance with some proper football fans next season? I've really missed the Brizzles, Millwall, Preston, the Sheffield clubs, just sorry we won't get Blackpool fans here as well, they were great.

I'll be happy if we've got a competitive team. Turning up knowing we might score some goals and be entertaining would be a nice change to the past few years.

Although I’ll have a season ticket I’m more excited about the away games. Something about Millwall away that gets the tastebuds going.

The fact the highlights (goals) are on earlier is also an added bonus considering I barely stay awake past 10 these days.

Bizarrely Sal I haven't got a massive problem with playing in The Championship again for loads of reasons. Don't get me wrong I'd rather not get relegated. Relegation's shit wherever it happens but my biggest worry is, the state we're in at the moment, is that we plummet a la Blunderland. If I thought we could go down, stabilise, and then be challenging for promotion back again in a couple of years I'd be almost happy. Almost.

Away fans need to be moved if we go down and this would be an ideal opportunity

Home defeat to Wigan in the opening game, if PL is still here.

Yeh really looking forward to Pulis doing the double over us again..NOT... that's if he doesn't get promoted which would be the ultimate shit with Hughes keeping Saints up for good measure.
What ever happens we need to start fresh...Even if we stay up trying to mend an old rusty car has to change.. The big ends gone and it's time for a new one..
I hear Wet Sham are thinking of fans representation on the board. Certainly the fans need a voice that is listened to regarding concerns off and ON the pitch. This it's my club and I'll do what I want attitude has to change.
It works both ways so a permanent club representative on here would be nice too. Someone to kill the crap rumours at source.
This latest Sun bollox of Messi being better alone than our entire team type message in the press is waring a bit thin too, are they running a vendetta? Slagging our club off at every opportunity with little or no complaint from the owners as if they don't care.

Let’s hope that if we go down Huddersfield join us and West Brom and Blackburn, Wigan and Shrewsbury come up so there’s some decent trips to add to the likes of Norwich, Brentford, Millwall, Preston, Bolton etc....

I think what we need to do is to rebuild throughout the club - we are saddled down with wasters both on and off the pitch. Let's use the parachute payments to get rid of the rot, bring in a fresh manager, give the youngsters a chance and start afresh.

The lack of streams will be an issue for away games again

The lack of almost any tv coverage at all in the States will be fucking brutal for us exiles. Back to the old radio commentary, Unless the Football League offer some kind of streaming option.

Relegated - we will never be back. If people can accept that then fair enough.

They do mate, there was a thread about it a while back I can't remember the details but I did make a note of them somewhere, just in case.

The one thing that bothers me about next season is that there isn’t a price cap on away tickets. £45 to Hillsborough for villa fans this season is far too much for second tier football.

Away fans need to be moved if we go down and this would be an ideal opportunity wtf is this obsession with moving the away fans? it wont make a blind bit of difference. only those who don't go to games would want to move away fans so their viewing experience is enhanced? fuck me we have bigger problems to think about than moving the away fans.[which will never happen]
