He's a limited manager and has improved us fitness wise and he's organise the defence but anyone could have improved that.
He's not the man to take us forward long term I'm afraid.

The quality of your manager is usually directly correlated to the amount you are prepared to spend. Put enough on offer and you'll attract some quality |

We’ve been down for three/four weeks now. It would be an absolute miracle to stay up. It’s not Lambert it’s the old set up and spunking money on imbula, berahino and wimmer to leave sod all in the pot for the Jan window

Not the man to keep us up...who knows he might do yet. But in all honesty not the man for us whatever happens. If we go down I am expecting a change in manager. I have said it since he was appointed. Short term, cheap contract. To be fair he has made us a better team and the lack of good strikers is not his fault.

What did he do at all that caused Man City any problem and please remember that at this time Lambert pushed Allen first and then Sobhi forward too?We only got away with this because the game was over. I was far more impressed by Sobhi's little cameo. Crouch made himself a target but only huffed and puffed with no threat! |
