So, after todays results completely going against us, relegation is all but confirmed in my eyes. We're not likely to raise our game and our cheapie joker freebies like Darren aren't exactly going to roll back the years for us... Let's be real here. It's over, stop happy clapping and get with the programme.
So, let's start looking at the club and the board. Who needs to hang their heads?
Tony Scholes? Mark Cartwright? Mark Hughes...? Not sure about that one. Peter Coates? Sacrilege. John Coates? Coaching staff? Any of the players?

Peter Coates.
He needs to do the right thing and sell the club, you can’t operate in 2018 with a 1970’s mindset.

Wouldn’t it be easier to ask who can hold their head high? Possibly. I want to put names so those utter scummers can read it for themselves. They might not browse this forum but the off chance they do, I want them to feel the kind of hatred we feel towards them.

Ultimately it has to be John and Peter doesn't it? Correct Paul. Ultimately it is the owners and chairmen that must carry the can. I always remember a great quote from Brian Clough. "When a manager is sacked the Chairman must also leave, because more often than not he picked the manager" So very true.

The buck stops with the owners but it's usually the manager that pays the price.
The owners do not work hard enough to keep their managers in check and under pressure to get results. They are piss weak.

Peter & John Coates. Mark Hughes and his backroom staff. All of the players. Tony Scholes. Scholes and Cartwright 100%. The fight that Newcastle and Huddersfield showed today demonstrates how many of our overpaid players (not all tbf) need to hang their heads in shame! We’re down and deserve it! Sad end to a decade of PL football

The transfer team and CEO(Scholes) are responsible for the day to day running of the club and should be sacked. What happened with Hughes we don't know..his selections were questionable to say the least and constant swapping and changing of players in not their positions baffling...he has paid the price..so should the others. A mass clear out of players is required we have too many pensioners and crocks(long term injured) and we need fresh young blood with pace and enthusiasm bringing in.

from top to bottom. tried to stay in the premier league on the cheap in the summer when we needed to strengthen we got freebies kept a manager far far too long have been sterile for nearly 2 years and it has been on the horizon but we did little about and now name 3 worse teams than us this season thats relegation for you next REAL big problem is staying in the championship with what we will have left in our squad may be another hard season ahead of us need a miracle!!!

The Board were totally at fault for not sacking Hughes early enough. Should have been sacked after the West Ham game to at least give Lambert time to sort out the mess.

I don’t think it is to be fair, Coates employed these idiots who have run the club into the ground and just sat back and let it happen, we need a complete change.
