There are a lot of comments about the board and Scholes and Carto being to blame for our relegation, well the players need to take a long hard look in the mirror. This squad is more than capable of challenging for top 10. They have not shown anything like the commitment or quality that they posses. They players are as culpable as Hughes, Coates, Scholes and Cartwright. Other then the fans it's all been to cosy and " what's the fuss" attitude and it's run down form the top to the players... Can't be arsed attitude and it stinks!! Most of these players know they will move on and leave us in the s%%t and yet get another signing on fee... so when walking off the pitch are more busy waving to the Mrs then looking pissed off we lost or only drew etc. It was interesting at the final whistle yesterday, Jack was flat on his back with his head in his hands, and five or six others dropped to their knees. I think the final whistle was the point at which the players realised we are fucked.

What is it about our players. When you look at Huddersfield today they've played with intensity and actually look like they're playing for the shirt. This season we just haven't looked at the races. when I looked at all our players at the end of the game yesterday I thought your looking like you've got nothing left to give, yet their performance was so lacklustre. Lots of sideways and backwards passing and lack of commitment. No real chasing and running your hearts out. There were a couple of incidents where players didn't even jump or put in a challenge. We are in the biggest fight of our lives yet we play like we don't care in comparison to some of the clubs down there. With the exception of Bauer, Badou and Joe(who didn't have one of his better games yesterday). There's a distinct lack of effort. I appreciate he's a spent force but the number of times Fletcher jogged back when we were under attack was incredible. To win home games you have to apply pressure on the other team from the start as all other teams do not allow the opposition to settle into the game by spending most of every first half playing sideways and backwards in our own half to ease them into the game. I feel sorry for the manager because I suspect he had no idea how lazy that Welsh tosser had allowed them to get.
