Disastrous.
Don't allow the absolute farce that was the last 5 minutes detract from the fact that we have taken 5 (five) points from
Huddersfield (H) Watford (H) Bournemouth (A) Brighton (H)
Utterly appalling points haul.

I think Hughes would have managed to at least match that points return.
Hughes had to go but if we are honest not many on here wanted Lambert and he's hadn't been great so far. Some of the football played has been dire.

Should've won all the three home games and had a great chance of beating Bournemouth.......totally disastrous string of results.

Two away games and Man City up next, we’ll get a point maximum from the away games and be lucky if Man City don’t stick seven past us again.

Awful. Yet Lambert comes out and says we were excellent after every game.
I'm convinced Hughes would've got 2 wins at home at least. And an in form Alex Ferguson wouldn't get shit from our remaining games.

It's been coming for more than eighteen months. The heads in the sand board are to blame! I think Coates needs to sell.

Our manager says we are a really gòd team who are playing really well right now.
WTF
We are now 8 points behind last season from the same fixture set.
A shocking manager in charge of a shit group of players is a recipe for disaster. Lambert is the luckiest man on the planet. How the fuck did he land this job.

He landed the job because the board didn’t have the bollocks to go back to Pulis.
If they won’t have foreign and they won’t plan for a change in the closed season and they let the other usual British suspects go elsewhere then what!
Once they failed with the other options they had no choice but to go with PL. Who is probably a cheap Pulis.
It’s not PL’s fault the legacy left by Hughes and Scholes/John Coates ‘new direction’ is shite.
Back PL. There’s no choice unless you’ve given up on survival. And if you have that’s bottling it, no matter how bleak it looks - and of course it does but are we that weak?
Surely we’re capable of fighting until the end for our club and our city.

Pulis is to football management what Jimmy Savile is to primary school education. Completely and utterly wrong on so many levels it is unbelievable.

Another two bob manager who thinks 'experience' and 'hoof ball' are going to get us out of trouble. Congratulations Mr Coates. Well, Pulis was an 'experience' and 'hoof ball' manager. He got us promoted and he kept us in the Prem. What do you expect Lambert to do with the players he's been handed? It's a fact that most of our team aren't good enough to play anything other than 'hoof ball', but they're not even good enough to do that.Right now, I'd settle for Pulis football sure at least of staying in the Prem. With Hughes, we had slightly better football for a while, but we hardly got better results.I'm not in the know about what happened to Hughes after a good start as our manager, but what is obvious is that the players were anything but fit for Prem football. I think, despite our shared disappointment, that Lambert deserves more than four games to prove what sort of manager he is. The bad management at SCFC has come from higher than Hughes or Lambert.

Agree with much of that. Far too early, and too easy, to give up.

It's a case right now, of any port in a a storm, although we've already set a course.
