The days when players like Pej and Smithy etc gave a dam are long gone. The days when players cared about their home town club are long gone There’s still a few who have an attachment. I genuinely think Ryan loves the club. But in general it’s a wage. A very good wage and most of them know of it goes tits up they’ll get the same wage somewhere else It’s s shame a real shame but that’s what the Premier League as created. I used to LOVE football. I used to love Stoke City and the players who pulled on the shirt Now Mainly I like them It’s not the same. I think you could probably say the same for any supporters of PL clubs Somewhere along the way it all went wrong for the GENUINE supporter the players became far to remote from the guys on the terraces Half and half scarves. Prawn sandwiches. Players on £250k a week Wish we could back to the Football League where players earned a good salary but not a ridiculous one. But we can’t. Sad Rant over. ( I am a bit pissed) Who buys half and half scarves? I can imagine tourists, maybe young kids at their first game or even regulars at cup finals (even then I wouldn’t wear it) but not hardcore regular fans, surely. If you buy a half and half scarf & you support your club home and away you deserve to be shot.

The next games in the relegation battle depend on fighters who give 100% not on good players. If the good players are not going to fight for every point, so Subs can be a better option.

If you didn't actually support the club you played for and received a weekly salary that would normally take you several lifetimes to earn, plus massive bonuses - would you give a shit? There's a number of Stoke players who haven't even been arsed to keep themselves fit this season - we're actually talking double chins and pots FFS? They're wankers mate. I

I don't think any player isn't arsed about losing to be honest. Some players show their passion by screaming and shouting, others keep it in.
Shaqiri shows it a lot, and yet he's somehow the one most turn to when they say someone doesn't give a shit. As was Arnie. It's bollocks mostly in my opinion.
