Great start... totally ok sustained spell of holding on... followed by a second half of pure Leslie Mark Hughes. IF WE CAN'T CLOSE OUT SIDES LIKE BOURNEMOUTH - not next week, not next month but NOW, WE ARE GOING TO GET RELEGATED. Sorry for the shouting, just want to make sure the right person was listening...
9 first half, 3 second = a maybe over generous 6 from me

Starting Crouch was a mistake and the complete lack of subs when we were crying out for them is unforgivable.
I’m seething, you dick Lambert, have you been on the piss?

Great start... totally ok sustained spell of holding on... followed by a second half of pure Leslie Mark Hughes. Very poor game management. As I believe his indecision cost us the game the first half doesn't matter. I'll go with your second half 3. I want to give him 0 but am trying to be rational!

5 Crouch shouldn't have started but the midfield was perfect. second half no-one got near crouch and we sat deep and let them win. Needed changes within 10 mins of half time to freshen up and he dithered.

Cracking first half great pressure. Tired in the second half didn't have the subs to change it and keep that pressure on. Bringing on diouf or saido would not have changed how we played in midfield or defence which is where we lost it

Very good first half but should have made changes earlier in the second when we were clearly on the back foot.

1st half and set up, 8, 2nd half, should have changed it after an hour. Crouch was knackered, Choupo wasn't in the game and they'd closed Shaqiri down. Our midfield lacks real bottle when the going gets tough.
Overall, 6 because those things cost us the game.

The good: Dropped Fletcher, and gave the new guy a start. Had a team that was willing to run their asses off in support of the cause.
The bad: Started Crouch instead of Diouf. Diouf is they guy you want running around, and Crouch is the one who comes on when we are losing at 80 minutes.
The ugly: We began fading before halftime, but came out even more flat in the second half. Subs were way too late, and I'm not so sure Berahino or Staffy were the correct ones to bring on.

Any manager still depending on an immobile 37-year old lamp post up front deserves no more than that

5, Came out fighting but needed to make the changes around 60 mins after they tired badly.
Ndiaye had a great game, hopefully he carries it on.

0 We are in a relegation scrap and spunking away points. 1 loss in 3 and 2 clean sheets is hardly spunking them away. Correct ........but 4 points out of a possible 9 against Huddersfield, Watford and Bournemouth is a worrying start to his time at Stoke. We needed better but it's not his fault. That accolade lies squarely in the hands of our useless, indecisive, penny pinching board. 5 for me.....good first half but poor management of the second half.

Any manager that starts with crouch then takes 82 minutes to replace him gets a 0 from me.

6 from me, terrific first half and should have had a bigger lead. But fucking hell what happened in the second half? We got sucked further and further back, couldn't keep the ball and couldn't string 2 passes together. Boremouth had a lucky break for their first but we switched off for the second and alas it was game over. A strange decision to swap Withnail for Staffy it surely should have been Charles and should have IMO put Cheapo (or Diouf) up front and bought Sobhi on. Gouranga.
