When I 1st started to watch Stoke, I heard a chant that we used to sing that went something like this, "Dirty B@$t@&d$, They're like the army" I didn't really understand it, but joined in anyway(I was only 11) Anyway, imagine my surprise when I realised we were singing, "Richie Barkers Red&White army!" Please share your football chant confusion...

It's amazing how many chants I used to think were some variation on "Wuh wuh waa-ay-uh, bobble-ob waa-ay-uh!"

Took a neutral to a Stoke vs. Newcastle game a couple of years ago who thought their fans were singing “Geordie Boys, drink their piss” (“take the piss” being the correct chant)

Seem to recall the chant " Harry Roberts is our friend, he kills coppers " which dates it to 1966 when Roberts during a robbery shot dead 3 detectives in West London.
Roberts went on the run and hid out in the New Forest
