I hate midweek games (always a rush to get there after work) but I'm confident we can get a result. My betting preview and general ramblings can be found here: www.olbg.com/blogs/post.php?id=413557

Watford angered their own fans with a very lame showing at Southampton yesterday.
Gracia will come for a nil nil.
Concerned we struggled to open Huddersfield up, hopefully Shaqiri can unlock the door.

1-1 would be a decent result for us, we simply can't afford to lose.

Assuming he'll play the same team that won last week, unless we get Ndiaye in. I'm not liking the fact that everything is conspiring against Watford because that usually means we'll rock up and turn things around for them. If we don't win i'll be terrified.

It's going to be a tight nervy game. We'll be fresher than them having not played this weekend.
I can see us winning it late on, that would be a brilliant result going to Bournemouth next weekend.

1-1 would be a decent result for us, we simply can't afford to lose. I wouldn't say decent result at all. These are the games you look at and want the 3 points. Watford are in free fall and we have to make the most of this. It's not the end of the world if we draw, but as of now it would certainly be two points dropped.

If we can build on the Huddersfield performance, there is no reason we cant win on Wednesday - Watford look shot of any sort of confidence or organisation at the moment.

No way Lambert is targeting anything less than three points from this.

We need to win this just as badly as we needed to beat Huddersfield. Draws against peer sides are not good in our position.

1-1 would be a decent result for us, we simply can't afford to lose. It would be a pathetic result. We simply have to win this game against a depleted, demoralised and frankly dog shit Watford. Let's not dress it up now we have a new manager. He has to get 3 points here.

Got to be all three points or it's a failure.
I am, however, absolutely convinced that we will get them.
It won't be easy but I think we are up to the job, and up for the job as well.
2-0 I reckon.

No excuses we have to get 3 points from this as Bournemouth away will be a tough call.
Fans on full volume from the first whistle and we can win this. Early goal and their heads will go.

I can see us playing like a 1970's Brazil on speed! 5-0 or PL has to be gone.

I have a good feeling about this. We are better team, Watford are in a mess, they have just come off a loss to a bad team and Lambert has had 10 days to us ready. I am looking fop Stoke to give them a good hiding. This is the perfect opportunity to improve our GD. 4-0.

Every time I'm quietly confident things go horribly wrong. I'm desperately trying to get some negativity down me. Where's Benji when you need him.

For me the objective is another clean sheet. It will build confidence and puts us in with a chance of winning. 1-0 will do me fine.

One of the few teams not able to break us down when we still were open like a barn door at the back! We certainly need to go for and get all the points here!
