Butland- 6- nothing too do. Probably doesn’t know what to do with himself having not picked the ball out of his net.
Bauer- 8- brilliant home debut! Very fast! Got up that wing and let shaq cut inside. Put an excellent cross in that I can remember. Kept there left winger quiet and did very well!
Shawcross- 7- won pretty much everything. Kept mounie out of the game as well as zouma. Probably deserves a higher rating but he didn’t stand out for me.
Zouma- 8- won everything like ryan, but stood out as the stronger centre half today. He seemed too hang in the air before winner the header. Class today, it annoys me that people slated him, one of the best centre half’s I’ve seen at the club.
Erik- 7- tackles where strong and got himself about. Clearly a bloke fighting for his place.
Allen- 8- doesn’t stop running! In other news, waters wet. Nicked the ball so many times, passed with confidence. And took his goal well. He did mean too put the ball between the lads legs.’
Fletcher- 7- considering how poor he’s been, had a good game. Controlled the middle without anyone noticing. Like whelan use too do.
Adam- 7-got around the pitch, made some good passes, and some poor ones. And too many long balls without looking. But considering his age and physical state. He did well.
Shaq- 8- I actually saw shaq chase back today. Was much better. Actually had a work rate, and got the ball down and played really well. Got a good assist, should’ve got 3. But as long as he’s working and we win. I don’t mind.
Choupo- 8- another star performance. He skipped past people. Ran with pace, and that pass too shaq in the first half was class.
Diouf- 6- probably our weak link. Kept going down. Wouldn’t say he was bad. Just not up too the standard of everyone else. Too many long balls up too a striker that gets in behind
Crouch- 6 Cameron- 6 Ramadan- 5 Man of the match, probably Allen but so hard too choose with the lads I have 8. Just saying, lambert has a 100% win rate. Manager of the season award?

This Charlie Adam ‘age and physical state’ thing really is a load of old bollocks - he’s (only just turned) 32, and I’d frankly love to be in that physical state.
He had a cracking game, provided much needed vision and attacking intent, and at one point at the end of the first half, Huddersfield broke from a Stoke corner - Charlie went from the opposition corner flag back to our RB position to cover with only Zouma making it back with him - not bad if he’s as shot as most seem to think on here!

Wasn’t about individual performances today, it was all about functioning as a team and we did that superbly. 10/10 all round.

Diouf ran his arse off and never gave their centre backs a moments peace. Plus he took his goal well, deserves an 8.
Allen gets a 9 from me. He won virtually every tackle he went in for and made up 40 yards for his goal.
8 for Bauer and Zouma as well - and 7 for everybody else, a really committed team effort by the players, the manager, and the fans.

Butland 10 Bauer 10 Zouma 10+ Shawcross 10 Pieters 10 Fletcher 10 Shaqiri 10 Allen 10 Adam 10 Choupo Moting 10 Diouf 10+ OS. That is spot on. To go from losing at Coventry, losing a manager to keeping their first clean sheet since October means they should all get a 10. The slate is clean and now its time to get the chalk out again.

Butland 7 Didn't do much wrong, but not too impressed by his kicking.
Bauer 8.5 Just brilliant! Shawcross 9 Excellent! Zouma 9 Excellent! Pieters 8 His best game for quite some time!
Allen- 8.5 Very good! Fletcher- 7 A bit invisible, but maybe a sign of him being in the right place at the right time. Adam- 7 Decent, but still lacks some fitness.
Shaq- 8 Good game, worked harder than in a long time, but should have scored at least one. Choupo- 8.5 Involved in both our goals and looked very comfortable on the ball. Diouf- 8 Works so hard for the team and was rewarded with a goal too!
Crouch- 6 Hard to make a big impact so late in the game when we are two up. Cameron- 6.5 Did what was expected of him. Ramadan- 5 Too little time to make an impact.

He was my contender for MOM If you mean Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, he was excellent in the 2nd half contributed in both goals, but transparent in the first half so he cant be better than Allen who was excellent for 90 minutes.

I dont even smoke cigarettes , most of the players are 6 and above It was very important game especially from psychological point of view with the new manager and it was great 3 points in the suitable time but I dont like exaggerations in feelings, this is the 2nd easiest game in the league after Swansea, Huddersfield will relegate 100%, If you watch their last few games they dont even try to attack.
