Seriously though, they're looking for a target man whilst they have.... Morata? If there is any bit of truth in this Conte is fucking gone.

You can see him leaving if it is true. He lives down that way, less travelling and one last big club before he retires.
I'd drive him there myself with a boot load of Staffordshire Ale and Oatcakes, and a hearty thank you.

I'd rather we have Kenedy or Musonda. Not strikers though are they? Musonda is recognised as a CAM/Winger but by his own admission he's stated his strongest position is Striker. He played up front for Belgium u16 and was ruthless. Played once upfront for Betis when he was on loan and scored. Then got put back into the number 10 mould.

In contact till next June...
£12m-15m, what with today's market?
Not sure I'd want to tbf in a relegation battle, but Crouch for Batshuayi and a bit of cash sounds steady.

If we were allowed to have 2 loanees from the same club, you can see us possibly working something out.
But we can't so.....hard to see anything happening.
Utterly, utterly bizarre though obviously.

It says they want a loan which is a shit deal for us.
Would they offer more than 5m?
Probably not.
From the bench his goals could be worth more than that to us.
I wouldn't sell unless it was an utterly ridiculous offer.

If he did end up going, which I very much doubt, and for a few quid. Surely it would forever be said he was the greatest bit of business we ever did

It would be dream move for him, which he will take on at that age. Chelsea are looking for target man and Andy Carroll was a target, but he out injured. Chelsea manager keen on a UK player . Crouch has been good servant to Stoke

Tell me why Chelsea want to loan a 37 year old player struggling to help a side in contention of being relegated when they have arguably one of the best target man in the league. Michy on the bench and Tammy Abraham on loan.

GET MICHY
Can you loan two from same club?
Either way:
Sell crouch Try buy michy
If not Sell crouch Try to Send back zouma Try to Loan michy
He is dynamite.

Their criteria for a new, back-up striker seem as narrow as our prospective manager pool.
And it's led to bizarre choices in both cases!
