Can't think of a club so publicly shunned by managers in recent times I think you’ve answered your own question mate.

Doesn't it just go to show how poor our board are! Most boards have a replacement lined up and announce within a week. Fookin shambles!

Doesn't it just go to show how poor our board are! Most boards have a replacement lined up and announce within a week. Fookin shambles! By and large the last week has proven that the board placed all their pennies (and their plums!) on Hughes winning the Newcastle game after resting the players at Chelsea and then progressing in the cup against "weaker opposition"! Failing both those seemed unlikely and would "buy" enough time (as the win against Swansea appears to have done back in late Nov - Hughes could well have been sacked had we lost that one) to make a few moves in the transfer market to make a fist of getting to the end of the season in 17th place (or better!). Clearly there was a small problem with this plan. It was complete and utter bollocks.

Even the Middle East are looking at us at the moment and thinking, “Fucking hell they’re in a mess”.

I know they took a long time to appoint a manager but were they shunned by two managers in two days?

The only constant in my life in the Prem is Tony Pulis. If we don't get somebody of his stature we are in the shit. Make the call Peter

I know they took a long time to appoint a manager but were they shunned by two managers in two days? That's better than 2 in 2 weeks, as at least we'll get closer to someone quicker.

And they ended up with their first choice in the end. No they didn't. Marco Silva stayed at Watford.
