For me this is step one. A modern football club isn't as simple as the buck stops with the manager. The decisions and deals a manager is responsible for nowadays is nothing like it was 20 years ago. Hughes was massively to blame but Cartwright and Scholes have had their hands in this too.
Hughes Out! Scholes Out! Cartwright Out!

Agree, but the slimy bastards will be plotting and covering their tracks.

Was always the same before
TP had players forced upon him
Cartwright & Scholes will destroy our club

Hughes did worse than he should've done with the squad available. Scholes and Cartwright are not the reason we are where we are.

The manager, chief exec, etc can only work within the constraints set them by the owners. Four seasons where we have been the lower/lowest spenders in the Premier League are coming home to roost. The problem is BET 365 appear to not want to spend enough money to make us competitive in the Premier League
I remember the seasons before the Icelandics rescued us from Coatesy’s first spell in charge. He ran the club into the ground and A leopard doesn’t change it’s spots!!

I agree but Hughes didn't seem to be able to motivate anymore. Players didn't appear fit, and didn't have the fight. Look at Palace now - they have fight

Not supporting Hughes in the slightest. But unless Bet 365 support a manager with a Premier League budget we won’t be a Premier League club for long!
