Knows the club and the Chairman from the playing and the management side and he wasn't called 'mid-table Mick' for nothing and we could do with a bit of mid-table right now. At 68 still 2 years younger than Roy Hodgson. Oh and here he is signing Lee Dixon so he clearly knows what a full back/wing back who can get up and down looks like. I know the idea is a bit left side, but worth a try?

Last I heard, he was trying to break a world record by doing a one million piece jigsaw puzzle, but was struggling because 999,999 of the pieces were missing.

Bamber was probably the failure that was more instrumental in getting Mills sacked. A bit like the spanner Hughes bought from WBA getting Hughes the sack.

Kept us in div 2 after holocaust season which was a pretty good achievement. Also gave us an amazing few months when we went goal crazy. Didn't do too well when given money. Sacked too late and successor was appointed in haste.
Pattern emerging? Common denominator seems to be chairman.

Mick spends his days covering Ipswich games these days on BBC Radio Suffolk. Not sure PC could compete financially with the might of BBC local radio.

Why don't we just draw up a shortlist of nutter managers for the board and have done with it
1- Pearson 2- Boskamp 3- Paul Gascoigne 4 - Ian Holloway 5- Dave Bassett 6 - Jimmy Bullard
BULLARD IN
