Honestly think we'll lose - their pretty solid at the back, what's the chances we will gift them 1 early doors then they will sit on it.

If we lose this one I'll start too worry.
I think some people are hoping that were in a relegation battle. Not because they dont want stoke to do well but because theyre bored of mid tableness. Its probably natural in anyone to believe theres some excitement going on
We'll be ok

Tammy Abraham to grab his first hat-trick. Hughes sacked before the match hopefully. We're doomed.

Anyone who says this isnt a must win game has their head buried so far in the sand they are getting sunburn on bondi beach. Things must be turned around one way or another, Coates, Hughes, the pizza bellends are all culpable in this disaster.

We'll win Saturday. We didn't play badly tonight, however long we were playing 3421 was dreadful but when we changed formation we played better and created a few chances. Not sure Crouch is a starter as he needs to pace himself throughout the 90 instead of going all out for 20 minutes as he does when coming on from the bench. Bera or Jese should start and 4231 should be deployed. If we play like we did tonight we'll beat Swansea in a game which if we don't win Hughes has to go.
3 games of Bournemouth, Brighton and Palace were crucial and we only managed 1 point. With 2 successive away games coming up against tough opponents it proves how important the previous 5 games were. Even if we beat Swansea the result could be almost irrelevant in terms of Hughes' position.
The summer was an important window which failed to deliver and improve the weaknesses.

Start with the youth team Couldn't be any worse Didn’t Crewe’s reserves dick them and Bury for that matter? In which case, could be way worse.

We need to win this no question.
The 3 at the back would be worth persevering with if we had 2 wing backs as it gets the best out of Shaqiri. We don't though...
So..fuck it off..Id like to see Fletcher rested , Zouma moved to DM and Edwards or Johnson (Yes I know but at least he is a RB by trade )at RB.
Zouma and Allen you'd think would allow us to go 442 so I'd go Crouch / Berahino as the 2.
The downside of course is it nullifies the threat of Shaqiri.

Grant Zouma Shawcross Martins Indi Tymon Shaqiri Cameron (if fit then Fletch) Allen Jese Diouf Crouch I’d also go with this, we need to play with 2 up top and Eric Pieters should just stay at home

Delighted to see everyone opting for a back 4.

He won’t go back 4. He can’t justify £25m worth of defenders on the bench unless he plays Zouma right back.
I can see a bore draw and a pretty awful football match.

2 things are obvious. Binning 3 at the back and getting the best out of Shaqiri.
So..with this in mind..
Grant
Edwards/Johnson Shawcross BMI Pieters
Allen Zouma
Shaqiri Ramadan ECM
Diouf/ Berahino
Shaqiri can go where the fuck he likes..Not ideal and it involves players that shouldn't be playing really.I wouldn't even mind Adam starting as at least he gets us going forward !

Be a fucking dour 0-0 between 2 of the worst teams in the league. Unfortunately not enough to get Hughes the sack. And like a fucking idiot, you just know he'll go back to his 3 at the back

Very true, I didn't realise but only 6 teams have a better defensive record than them - they can't score for shit though, 7 in total and only 3 on their travels...2 of those were at Palace. Fully expecting a binary score - hopefully in our favour. Even the big boys have struggled to break them down.

It's going to be tense and if there is a loser I think their head may roll. I hope we can win but in my darkest moments I can see Bony scoring the winner. We have enough to beat Swansea if we go for it
Grant Zouma Shawcross Bruno Pieters Allen Adam ( he will pass the ball into areas that hurt them and find crouch ) Shaq Diouf / Berahino Crouch Jese
We just have to attack and get the crowd going for once.

Current form in general and our inability to keep a clean sheet points to a point at best. I desperately want a win and 'we' desperately need one, but I don't think the result will have any impact on the manger situation, win, lose or draw.
