The suggestions keep coming, but the fact remains that Hughes is staying. Crouch has signed a new contract and says it's a great club and the players are eager to succeed. They are desperate to win as anyone else and you can be sure Crouch, Adam, Shawcross, Fletcher, Johnson, all vastly experienced internationals (Ryan excepted), together with the other senior players make their opinions known to Hughes. Hughes started the clear out process last summer and more will go. There is unity at the club, there needs to be more unity with the fans, getting behind the players and the club officials. If results and performances continue to be poor that isn’t going to happen though is it Cokey? No it's not, you're right; but I believe Hughes will turn the results around and we will finish in the top half of the table. During the next 2 transfer windows he will continue renewing the squad.

Gary Megson is looking for a manager job as it seems West Brom will choose Pardew rather than give Megson the job. Megson will meet Albion’s chairman, John Williams, at 10am on Wednesday to find out about his future at the club. He made it clear he would be interested to hear from other clubs, too. “I’ve had two promotions to the Premier League,” said the 58-year-old. “I kept Bolton up after they had only four points from 10 games. I took them further than they had ever gone in Europe. I’ve never been one to blow my own trumpet but maybe I should start. I can sort football clubs out.” www.theguardian.com/football/2017/nov/28/west-bromwich-albion-newcastle-united-premier-league-match-report

Stick it out till summer and see how it goes Stoke City will not sack the manager before then so there is no point of this constant speculation, even if we were to go down by April, Hughes will be charge until Summer, have to find ways to support and back the side in the meantime and ride the turbulent waves Cheer up and Keep the Faith!

Andre Villas-Boas is on his way out of China, although his premier league record isn't great must have something about him, supposedly a top class coach..

Break the bank by saying off his contract to bring in Rafa. Gotta be unhappy at Newcastle with what is going on there? He'll end up being suicidal if he joined us and read this forum

I've gone from 100% backing the manager to sitting so hard on the fence I've got splinters in my arse this season. I need a cup of your optimism (hopefully a win tonight will provide that) to get me back on track.

I’d honestly take anybody other than Hughes right now.
We are in desperate need of a change. Someone new needs to come in with fresh ideas and just give the whole place a lift.
Keep Hughes in charge and there’s only one way we are going & that’s down.
