You can't be in a relegation scrap, lose to the bottom side and keep your job.
Fuck off Hughes. Please

I've been saying for months that Hughes is causing such a crisis that the only human being on the planet who can save us is TP.
Will folk welcome him back though even if he is our only hope?

I see we lost again! 🤔 Knee jerk? Concerning nonetheless ☹️ It isn't knee jerk though. People overlooked the battering at Man City because of the run of favourable fixtures to follow. We've got 5 points from them. 1 win. We've given up the lead 3 times in 6 games, and lost from a winning position. On top of that it's largely dross to watch. We had a left winger up front today who spent the last 15 mins at right wing back. We're a mess.

I'm the coates' biggest fan, and not having a good, but, I think I read in the sentinel in an article about all their wealth recently, saying despite this don't expect us to go spending mad. I wasn't.
It said the only time they would, would be if prem status was at stake. Sorry, but after all this 'cute' spending and constantly being bottom of the spending league, we are down amongst it along with a load of others, and I hope there are some twitchy bums in the boardroom. If I wasn't so concerned about it, I'd have a little snigger at them for playing with fire and trying be 'cute' as Pete puts it.
Yes some buys haven't worked out, as other clubs have to put up with as well, but put that to one side, let's hope there's some fidgeting in those big comfy chairs.

There are the newly promoted teams playing with nothing to lose and a mid-table/lower end dross riddled with anxiety desperate to stay in the league It's rather kack Hey ho Onward and upward Perhaps he'll get a game out of them against Liverpool 🤔☹️

The biggest worry for me is we've somehow managed to concede 4 goals in these last 2 away games yet Grant has barely been worked.
That's not right.

We look like a team trying to go for substance over style and to stay in the league at all costs. It's all about preservation each season now.

Quite honestly. i wouldnt mind at all being back in the Championship !!
1. no more biased refs 2. no prima donnas rolling around with a broken finger nail 3. blood and thunder tackles , just get up and get on with the game 4. glory hunters at Stoke would f*ck off to another team 5. better atmosphere at the majority of games !
just my thoughts like

Can't disagree with that Wrighter. Some bloody good away days down there as well. Certainly not the end of the world. The premiership is pretty wank at best unless you can break into the top six or seven and we're a million miles away from that.

You get what you pay for. Chairman?I give you Berahino and Wimmer and let’s chuck in an Imbula also Lowers spenders for three years gets you relegated end of , the players you ,mention represent bad buys and point towards the recruitment , but you can't simply stop investing because some go wrong , the consequences are exactly the sane as not investing in the first place . All those involved in recruitment , transfer dealing and player decisions need removing all of them
