I assume that it was bought as an investment with it's value expected to rise. Don't think it would match my wallpaper so not for me.

Almost 30 Years ago Del Amitri had a song called Nothing Ever Happens. One of the lines says " American Business Men snap up Van Goghs for the price of a Hospital Wing" Now it's Russians, and for the price of a whole Hospital. What gets me about it is the cheering when they reach $400m. "Are you not entertained!?!"
