That first half was utter dogshit! A side thats lost 6 of its first 8 games made us look mugs. Better second half but left ourselves too much to do again. When will we come out of the blocks from the first whistle?

I've got an idea Mark.
If the weather is windy and you know that it's going to be really windy before the match kicks off, then why not pick a team/formation and instruct those players to pass the ball to feet and play down the channels?
Or can you not do that because you've put together a load of footballers who are incapable of doing this?
Judging by today's performance it looks like I know the answer.

That was a bit of a gash response as we are Stoke and it’s always cold, windy and rainy. Hughes is grasping there, get a hold man you’ve got a couple games before the trotters van appears with the sign 😂

Put up fucking windbreaks. It makes the football shit for both the crowd and the players. The gale in the tunnel corner was ridiculous.
