West Ham were really shit. And that is my detailed analysis. It’s all that needs to be said any bits or add ons are just putting lipstick on a pig.

I'm enjoying the Arnie meltdown but I'd have him back in a heartbeat. Yes, I'd happily donate a minor digit, perhaps a finger, to have Arnie back.

That's as maybe but he got a proper full frontal slaughtering when he returned with his more ambitious club. I'm truly hoping the same happens to the Snake in December. Commons absolutely shit himself that game however he did have the balls to play the game. Convinced Arnoutivic will shit out and manufacture an injury. The way things are going, he won’t need an excuse to be left out.

West Ham's record is almost identical to ours, 8 points and a goal difference of minus 9, although they have played the extra game tonight, if Bilic is done it doesn't bode well for old Sparky, if we lose tomorrow his record will be worse than Bilic.
For what it's worth I wouldn't sack either of them but calm down folks, people in glass houses and all that...

Just as a matter of interest hammered, what do you think of the premiership at the moment. I think it's a great pile of doggy dung! It is so boring. I used to be a massive fan of football, but it doesn't bother me much if I see it or not these days. Agree completely. Footballs sold out and sanitised. Fairy tales like Leicester keep it interesting but the financial skew gives moneyed teams (no financial limit) on top. It’s a bit like F1. Can see an EU league soon. Neither Stoke or WHU will be part of it – and of course all about the brand and the money. Shame I prefer to watch the NFL now, other than when I go Stoke or Stoke are on TV, it is very rare I watch footy on TV now

People forget that Arnie had pretty lengthy spells of being hopeful in all but one of his seasons with us. In his first year, he was dreadful until the final third of the season with Odemwingie in the side, and then he reverted back to being diabolical in the first half of the following season. If we're quite honest, he'd slipped back into old habits during the final stages of last season, too. He will probably look like a world beater after a few months with West Ham. The difference is that he cost us £3,500,000 (or whatever), and he's cost West Ham a lot, lot more than that, so they may not be willing to give him that much slack. Arne was second choice left winger and behind Moses in his 1 st. Season had Moses signed for us , Arne wouldn't have had the career he had

FFS Oatcakers. Whats wrong with you all. As you awake this morning and read this. Spare a thought for one of Stoke City's greatest, if not the greatest ever footballer, who rightly so, simply tried to better himself and move on, leaving behind many great memories, and bidding farewell to 1000's of friends both on and off the pitch, a player who will always be in the hearts of SCFC, and a player who will always have SCFC in his heart. So please, show some compassion, show some dignity, and show some respect, the same dignity, compassion and respect that he showed to us. Marko Arnautovic.....HA HA HA HA...GO AND FUCK YOURSELF YOU SNAKE......

He was defiantly our most "entertaining" player to watch over the last 18-20 months in this team of drab grey boring individuals now wearing stoke shirts...... Unless of course you just like watching goals go in no matter which team happens to scores them

On the train............thought I'd see if you lot had a thread running. Anyway we're shitter than Brighton, (although 3-0 flatters their football) Bilic's in the shit and Arnie is the SHITTIEST signing in recent memory. He does nothing. I called him a poor mans Matt Jarvis the other week - I doubt he'd even shine in the Championship based on what I've seen so far and Sullivan will rid in the next two windows unless he brings a return soon. FWIW - I think we'll be fine whether Bilic goes or stays short-term. But we're not getting better and I'm beginning to want change, although Sullivan's probably too tight to do the right thing. Oh and you move up a place Arni was never worth £20m+, and was poor for us for his first half season and the first half of his second season. But he has ability, he is physical enough to play in English football, and will have some good matches and win the odd match for you. You can probably rely on him playing very well about 25% of the time and lousy in another 25%. He was still our best forward and we miss him, but not as much as Everton miss Lukaku! Shaqiri has been better since he left as he is now "the man". Unfortunately he is a "sick note" like Carroll. Maybe Arni's presence (on the pitch and in the dressing room) is impacting on your other team members.

Arnie for me kinda sums up the league and majority of current premier league players in that they are foriegn (no racism intended), look out only for themselves (dont we all), money is king, i will try when an international break is looming or am playing a big club. Most have flair but can't produce it often enough

He's being slaughtered on talk sport this morning.
His troubles are easily explained in my opinion. I genuinely believe that Arnie had a great affection for our club and he enjoyed playing for stoke city.
He's gone there, as we all know, purely for the money and his desire and motivation just isn't there.

Watch the 2013/14 season review and you'll see that Arnie was at the centre of a lot of the good things we did. The top and bottom of it is that a lot of people didn't take to him because of his body language and perceived poor attitude. We're now getting history re-written about how well he did for Stoke because Neville and Carragher have shot him down. Did he ever come in for such criticism when he was a Stoke player? Anyway, Arnie's made his bed and he has to lie in it, but he did well for us.

I think he's hated so much now Dave because of the manner in which he left. Butland is loved just as much (if not more) by the fans but he won't be hated once he's left because you already know that he'll act like a gentleman when he goes.
