link Brexit: Boris Johnson ordered to appear in court over £350m claim I see our friends to the right have gone silent on this issue, no surprise there then. facts are boris and farage did lie to the british public and did influence the Brexit vote with their lies. so the only conclusion you can call is that the Brexit vote was invalid and these pair of charlatons should be banged up. Has he been found Guilty then?

What about all the Tory and Labour MP's who got electors to vote for them based on what they published. Are they going to court on counts of dishonesty in public office. Lets face it. It's misrepresentation aka fraud whichever way you look at it.

Oh and the remain campaign were 100% truthful in their campaign weren't they....... a £9million pound leaflet funded by taxpayers heavily biased toward staying in..and George Osborn claiming it would cost the average family £4000 a year immediately on voting to leave...yeah right. It's the flimsiest, laziest excuse for a second referendum. I don't know anyone other than those calling for another referendum who actually took the friggin' bus seriously. The figure used on the bus was questioned and debated immediately so that anyone bothered could make an informed choice straightaway before the 1st referendum. The lies told by the remain side could only be properly disputed and shot down after the vote took place. Yet still the leave side won, despite the apocalyptic remain side's lies. I wonder if remainers would still be banging on about the bus three years later.......if remain had won ? It was debated at the time, but I don't think that any of the establishment or the remain voters thought that we'd actually have the temerity to vote to Leave. Only since the result has it been a continual "target" for the remainers. Oh, and we're not supposed to mention any of the figures and bullshit that Cameron, Osborne and Co bombarded us with prior to the referendum.

However the guys who just lost their jobs at ford in Bridgend many were on £45k plus. At what rate should the 40% rate come in?

On the point of tv licences If the bbc sacked Gary lineker they could afford to give twelve thousand and sixty eight pensioners a free licence
And the quality of football coverage would improve

The title of this thread needs to change. We don’t have a government because the party who came 5th at the last public vote now needs to spend forever choosing which far right lunatic is going to be in charge. It’s not like millions of jobs and many rights of every British person are on the line with a ticking deadline.
Choose a leader. Lose a vote of no confidence when you realise you pursue a no deal brexit as policy and then have a general election which will lead to a smaller minority government in charge and we will go around in circles or the EU will just cut us off entirely.
Or face facts, and have a referendum of no deal v remain so this absolute mess can be settled once and for all in the only possible way.
Labour are not much more competent.

Your living in remain wonderland oggy To cause a general election you have to have several things to happen 1) the new prime minster calls a general election and there is no way any of the new leaders will do so 2) the government loses a vote of confidence this does not automatically cause a general election For the government to lose a vote of confidence if the DUP back the new administration than it would require more than a couple of Tory’s to vote against there government Do you believe there would be enough Tory MPs to vote for a corbyn government just over principle I think in the cold light of day they will consider a no deal brexit less damaging to the economy than a corbyn government

Presumably then that would trigger a GE.

I think some tories will quit the party if they actively pursue a no deal brexit and so we will end up with a general election How many would have to quit for the Tories to lose their working majority? Presumably then that would trigger a GE. They have a majority of 6 if you include the DUP. Assuming a few labour nutters will vote with the Tories, you probably need perhaps 6 tories to quit/vote against them or 12 or so to abstain. I think that’s likely if the policy is for a no deal brexit. An election would lead to probably an even smaller minority government than now though. If the next tory leader pursues a no deal brexit it will play into the hands of second referendum advocates. Why not just settle it all once and for all with a no deal v remain vote.

The protester is first pinned against the wall then frog marched by him with his left hand tightly gripping the back of her neck. He’s lucky she was so subservient because she could rightly have kneed him in the bollox and slapped his face in self defence. He should have left her to the security chaps who are trained in "Caring C" man handling. He should be charged with assault imo.

Not strictly true if you watch he only grabs her by the neck after she appears to try and turn back and there were no security there, not something I would do personally. I am sure the outcry will lead to a charge.

Wow Momo you best check with Field how they self identified at the time if they say it was as a woman you just misgendered her and can expect a knock on the door from the police yourself. Have Labour sacked corbyn's advisor who $hits on the floor of women who won't sleep with him yet ?
