They should be grateful (snigger).

I forecast they’d struggle before the season started and nothing, including the false dawn start, has happened to change my mind.
Bang average lower table club . . . and without Berahino up front look completely toothless.

"With the footballers we have I expect better football that's what I expect. We ain't going to get it with Pulis that's obvious given his history . If mr Lai is serious and wants to please his home market then why not ancelotti"
seriously?!

They've been like this ever since he went there . A less than magic result and certain ones will start jumping about, a good result they go a bit quiet, and so the beat goes on.

Don't they like steak and chips in Smethwick?

You mean they aren't happy with 30% possession and parking the bus at home to Stoke and Watford?

I just like Pulis moaning about refs. They'll have it in for him, just like when he was with us! They do not like criticism, whether it's right or wrong!

If people looked at this board they'd see the same.
people moaning after man utd draw
people moaning after southamptom win.
Its all the same at every club and not representative of the majority of fans.

Is Pulis' steak more Wetherspoon or Miller & Carter?
Dalepak or Filet Mignon?

I think the key difference between TP at Stoke and TP at West Brom is that, with us, he had a massive amount of "brownie points" due to getting us promoted and taking us to Wembley. Whilst he DID keep Albion up, his standing at that club has never been anything like it was here (and that wasn't universal!) Working with a Baggie, I know that there are many WBA fans who have NEVER taken to Pulis...so they are just itching for things to slip so that they can agitate for a change of manager. Never mind eh?

The great debate, at the end of the season - survival, during the season - we wish to be entertained. For me,survival is everything, I suppose its my post war mentality

I kept hearing they had the best transfer window but what a lot of pundits were forgetting is the fact those players have to operate in a Pulis system and we all know he only allows 3 or 4 players maximum to express themselves.
Under Pulis, they'll never go down and they'll never get into Europe, in a nutshell.

We're just grateful to be sitting at the top table alongside the likes of Watford, Nige. 2-2 is a smashing result. We're well on the way to 40 points, at which we'll be celebrating another fantastic season.

I was going to edit myself and say virtually no chance of Europe but after a seconds thought I stand by my initial statement, no chance.

Interesting question actually. Wonder what the split would be if you asked everyone... End of season what would you prefer.. 10th under Pulis or 16th under Hughes.

I wouldn't worry too much about West Brom and "the capped one". There are plenty here who are equally as bored with our "suited one".
