Let's face it, we were only on Rivals out of loyalty to the Oatcake. Now Smudge isn't full time, and thus dependent upon Rivals traffic for his pay packet, we can go wherever we like. I'd guess he left this board open with an unspoken invitation to carry on using it, without explicitly undermining the official Oaty site and upsetting Rivals.
Actually, it feels like a little coup against the ever-spreading Murdoch evil empire posting on here instead.
