I still like Nige. He may be past his best but he has been a great ambassador for the club.
For many years pre Soccer Saturday etc i could not afford to go to games and Nige did a sterling job

He is and old school broadcaster, and his gaffes and bon mots are all part of his persona
In 20 years there will be no Motsons or Johnsons, just perma-groomed, sanitised, slick haired, media trained, robotic, 20 year old computerised commentary by numbers merchants, automated, safe, corporate, sponsored drones - so enjoy him while you can

Match tickets were sold to female supporters of both countries. Plenty of Syrian women were allowed entry to the stadium, but Iranian women were refused, even though they had been sold tickets.
They demonstrated outside the Stadium until they were told that they would be arrested if they continued.
