Well, we're in corporate for this so that's 4 less. Me too fella,Are you in a exec box or Suite? mine is a late offer so not sure what to expect.. I think the company that are taking us are the match ball sponsor. It just says hospitality table before going to the exec seats where I hope I am near to Uncle Peter. I am going to tell on Benji and his miserable muckers.

Everyone will be too hung over and knackered after staying up to watch Mayweather v Magregor 5 minutes and it'll be over. Feel sorry for the mugs who're paying £20 to watch it on Sky. 20 quid? It's fucking CAD$100 on pay per view over here. You're getting off lightly.

Amazingly though our ground is and they didn't sell a 1,000 tickets on a Saturday last season. Man City had circa 4,000 empty seats against Everton on Monday for their televised game. People choose to watch televised games at home and spend money on other games get over it.... So you are saying TV effects attendances ,that's why they are trying to close match day streams down. You are right about its people's choice, but it's a poor show not to sell 2800 tickets and I cannot remember the last time we didn't. Well I went Hull last October and we were given the full allocation of around 3,000 and the following was probably 2/3 of that if not less.

I never expected us to sell out for this. I went last season and aren't going on Sunday.
Possible reasons: Last visit earlier in the year wasn't great. Moved to a Sunday kick off, even if it was the 4pm kick off you'd get more going. Bank holiday. Possible cock ups of trains because of a Sunday and possible delays as usually occur on bank holiday weekends. One of the biggest sporting events of the year takes place earlier in the morning.
Most of my mates, yes I have mates, went last season but none are going Sunday.

I have been going to W Brom for years but our last visit finished me off and not going again. Sold out and squeezed into the ground like sardines at £30 per head. The rest of the ground far from full sitting in comfort on reduced prices less than us. Agresive stewards. Loads of pissed up Stokies who could not be bothered to go to their seats(I know about not sitting) who just stood stood in the aisles and on the stairways so that MANY OTHERS could not see The bile and skulduggery of an ex manager and his new club which created an agresive atmosphere . W Brom used to be a club and near neighbour that I respected, but not any more. I hope you enjoy and we stuff them but I won't be there. The stewards very aggressive there, agree with you on that.

SLP just quoted 2,200 However you try and dress it up that's piss poor. It's actually quite understandable. It's on tv so I get why people wouldn't want to pay for a ticket, Sunday morning football season is up and running again which rules people out, it's also holiday season as well. I'll be there with my son but I get why people cant/won't go

Didn't West Brom have the smaller allocation here last season? they have brought some awful followings in recent seasons.

I'll be there with my son but I get why people cant/won't go I appreciate all of that. But we've made an unusually good start, we've have finally managed to bring in "some" of the much needed quality required, it's 30 miles down the road against one of our great rivals, is only £30, it's one of the better away days and we're a top flight club. Anything less than a sell out is nothing short of embarrassing.

Anything less than a sell out is nothing short of embarrassing. I disagree about it being a good away day. Overrated IMO. As mentioned above the biggest sporting event of the year is on at 4 in the morning. 21 quid to order I think. Majority (including me) are obviously going to buy the boxing. Reasons being that Sunday early kick off is just awful. If I were to go I would be a miserable bastard due to tiredness. Nothing wrong with not selling out. Other people have bigger priorities than Stoke. We also have to accept that we are not the biggest club. We very rarely sell out with max capacity at Away games

You wouldn't be the first person to comment on how embarrassing our away support only to then reveal that you yourself weren't going.

Will they be on the gate? I'd doubt the WMP would allow it to be honest.... they said they were going to at villa a few seasons ago then changed their mind once everyone was there. Crazy because that meant there were hundreds of stokies in birmingham pubs all afternoon
