So you are saying TV effects attendances ,that's why they are trying to close match day streams down. You are right about its people's choice, but it's a poor show not to sell 2800 tickets and I cannot remember the last time we didn't. I can't because we've sold out every other time at The Hawthorns. So maybe, just maybe the fact that it's on telly and the fact that people might be prioritising other games (or even dare I say non-football items like shoes for the kids or the gas bill) means that there will be a handful of unsold tickets come Sunday.... It's also Bank Holiday weekend (isn't it?) That will be major factor.

Why are the trains awkward? First one is at 10am and they are running until about 10 at night... There's rail works on at Euston station so there's a very limited train schedule running over the weekend. They've been advertising for months about it telling people not to plan using the trains unless necessary.

Has West Bromwich moved to London? There are plenty of trains running between Stoke and Birmingham.

I don't know, I just know it's been on signal radio loads not to plan to use trains this bank holiday unless necessary.

You can tell we've won two on the bounce. Can't slag off the players this week so it's time to turn on the supporters instead. I am saying it's a poor show and after Saturday I expected to sell out,and tonites attendance was a disgrace. simple just about sums up your post. tv game people only have so much disposable income.2nd round v a lower league club was never going to be a sell out, well done those that attended. wba will be sold out come sunday so I suggest you go fishing elsewhere.

National Rail site showing 5 trains between 10:07 and 12:07 which would get you there in time and 5 trains between 16:10 and 17:10 to get back

I'm still mulling over whether to go or not. Same here bud There's nothing more appealing than the possibility of Saido scoring the winner But then there's the reality of there's more hope with winning the lottery ! Plus it's on the Tele. However I'm 60/40 in favour of going I think! Nothing beats being there

Don't remind me of the nightmare from London, which is already 25 miles into my journey. And the cost of not being able to book in advance, due to so much uncertainty - euphemism for chaos, actually - and just hoping to get there on time.
But nothing like being there. Bet if I miss, Bera would score his first goal and I would do my nut.
