Under consumer law you can take it back as a good has to be of "merchantable quality" and "fit for purpose" If after only two washes there is damage it is neither

Not if its the quality of the shirt that has made the shirt defective also the disclaimer can be viewed in law as an unfair contract term and you cant wave away your rights under English law on merchantable quality and fitness for purpose. link

The last few years I've ended up peeling that sticky transfer stuff off the shirts, which sometimes includes the badge, because it comes loose in the wash anyway. I only ever use the eco setting on my washer which is relatively low heat.
I haven't bought the shirt for a few years, I've taken advantage of a poker site promotion that offers a free premier league shirt if you sign up and deposit + meet qualifying conditions at a site they're affiliated with.
There's no fucking way I'd by a shirt again unless all aspects of the signage are stitched to the shirt. I understand economics and whatnot, but these aren't £15. They cost upwards of 40 notes so for that sort of money you should be getting something that lasts a while, especially considering the majority of customers are from Stoke not bloody Kensington.

This is why I don't pay silly money for replica shirts these days, I'd much rather may the £15 odd for a polo shirt. That in itself throws up a few problems though, because the sizing of clothes from the SCFC shop is fucking retarded.

I liked the Adidas kits, I know they didn't do any bespoke shirts for us but the quality was in a different league to the festering tat we have had since.

Probably because A) It may never turn up B) £13 for a piece of shit that looks wank is still £13 C) Probabky made using child labour D) Not a penny goes to our club and likely goes to Chinese mafia Other than that it's perfect

B - That's a risk I'm willing to take. iOffer is a reputable site and the reviews of that seller are extremely positive. C - That admittedly makes me uncomfortable, but there's so much messed up stuff in the world that you can't avoid it all all the time. When was the last time you consumed a Nestle product? I don't think there's any more likelihood this was made using child labour than, say, a hat I could buy on the beach on holiday, and I wouldn't think twice about doing that. D - I pay hundreds for my season ticket every year so won't feel guilty about not spending an extra £50 on a shirt that is reportedly poorly made. Also, see point C.

Looks fairly accurate to the original but the bet365 text just doesn't look quite right. Makes you wonder how they can get the macron logo/Stoke badge pretty much spot on but can't get the correct text for the bet365 logo.

I'm average height and of slender build, but a lot of the reviews were saying they came back smaller than expected, so I went for XL. Hopefully that will be right.

You have 180 days to raise a dispute with PAYPAL , as they do not release the money until that time has passed. And that can be for any reason, goods not arrived, not as per description, poor quality...
