I'm completely confused by NBC's new Premier League Pass. In the past, NBC has shown every single game live, with several on Cable TV across multiple NBC channels, and the remaining games available via live streaming on the NBC Live Extra App.......all free for cable subscribers.
For the coming season, they have drastically cut the live games being shown on the cable channels, and for $50 per year, you can purchase a "Premier League Pass" which will allow you to access other games via live stream......the problem is, they are not streaming ALL games, and I can't find any fucking listing of which games they are live streaming. It's a complete cluster fuck. I've got no problem at all paying the $50 per year, but before I do that, I want to know which games they are showing. Why the fuck they are not just live streaming all games, I have no idea. I would have gladly paid a fair amount more than $50 for that option, but if Stoke are going to get only thin coverage, they can go fuck themselves and I'll seek out alternative streams.
Any other US based Stokies got any idea where I can find any schedule for which games the Premier League Pass will be covering?

You get a 500mb allowance EVERY Month and don't need to ever pay any more if you don't want to. May be enough if used for Stoke matches only (I don't know). It's recommended by several sites as one of the best!

Ive been using Goose VPN. Very quick, excellent customer support and a generous 50gb a month for £2.99. I shall only use it for streaming footie, so the 50gb should be enough. Plus I can use it across all my devices.

I'm going to have to jump on board VPN.
How does it work? It masks your IP address with say an IP address in America? Surely though my ISP could see how much data I'm getting through without my IP address? And surely it'd look suspicious if I'm using GB's of data yet my IP address says I've streamed nothing? Anyone please clear this up?
Milton makes a good point regards people who view IPTV through there TV unless they have a VPN router in which case all browsing is masked they would need to install a VPN app on the TV and I'm not sure if most allow that. Because as far as I'm aware again unless your router is VPN than each device you use will need a VPN attached.
I'm looking at one mainly for the firestick which I run IPTV and KODI through.

I have my laptop on my knee with a padded tray as It's just as good close up as watching through my 37in. tv with an hdmi cable.

Works great for me. Best first off to put a second copy of Kodi on to try it. 😁

If you want to protect your TV, you need another router which you can set as a VPN. For anyone that is concerned go to DD-WRT, all the info is there about what routers will work. Get one and change the settings. I used the Goose VPN, and they have set my router up for me.
PS I dont work for Goose VPN, but their service has really impressed me this last week.

It's been a long hard winter. Football's return means summer is on the way. It's all right for some! Winter here isn't like there but I don't deal with coldness. In Singapore when Stoke were there was ace walking out of the air conditioning in the hotel into the warm air. Aaaaah. Well smart! 😀 If anyone thinks I have become a wimp yearning for summy days, well, I resemble that remark!!😀😀

A vpn sets up an encrypted connection between your device (PC, router etc) and the vpn company's server. All your traffic is then sent/returned via this server. For all intents and purposes your ip address, when you request services from Internet servers, appears to be the address of the vpn server rather than your own.
At a high level this is also how the Tor network works.

Ok, I am confused here. When I can't get to get games, usually away ones I have been really grateful to folk who put up the streams - in fact sadly I structure my day around it. Get jobs done, kids sorted etc and then sit and watch. So is it now the case these streams will not be there or will not work? And if so can someone explain in a non-techie way what I need to do. If I have to I don't mind paying a bit but would rather not. Thanks in advance and sorry if this has already been explained. Ta
