....every year?

....every year? I would have thought about £5/6 hundred a season. Season ticket+ 19 trips from Market Drayton to Stoke and back and sometimes picking my Son up from Crewe, maybe the odd cup game. Don't buy programme/beer/food/merchandise.

About £2,000 for me. The cost of tickets is far outstripped by the cost of travel as it is a 270 mile round trip by car to home games and I do up to 8 or 9 away games in the north of England as well. How much it actually costs me depends upon how many times I can duck out of using my own car by car sharing with others.

Over 1000 pound a season which is far to much for the crap that was served up last season. I don't think the cost would have been relevant. If last season had cost me £50 it would still have been too much the games were poor even the ones we won.

Never thought about it before and don't want to work it out !
Till I read this I would not of thought of the £5.00 parking and VERY EXPENSIVE beer in the concourse as part of the costs.
Add onto that the cost of recharging my I pad that I keep looking at all closed season to see if we have signed anybody yet !!
Still worth it though. Looking foreword to Arsenal at home, great first fixture.

Allowing for four home cup matches at £15 each, I reckon around £600.
Season and cup tickets £440 Petrol £115 Parking £45 (mostly share the cost with mates)
There are pies and burgers along the way as well, but I'd be eating wherever I was, so I don't include that in the cost.

To be honest all of us who pay to attend games spend a larger proportion of our income than the owners have in the last couple of years. really so the owners pump in £80 million and yet you think they are tight cunts? They've put nothing in during the last two sets of annual accounts that is a fact and I very much doubt they pay to attend games. The only money you can even suggest they've put in from the last 2 sets of accounts is the interest that they could have got from the £50M of outstanding debt that the club has to them, which as a proportion of what they have earned via their core business bet365 is a lot less than a bloke on £10 an hour shelling out for a season ticket. You've added the abusive "tight cunts" I'm sticking to the facts that they've put no new money into the club for over 2 years which is maybe why we're regressing at an alarming rate.

It's beginning to look like it may be too much- if the Coates empire is into penny pinching mode perhaps hard choices have to be made with my own scant income.

I'm not at that stage as yet but saying that another couple of seasons of sterile football like the last season and a half and I might start to question it.

If they're trying to lower expectation its working I simply have non for the coming season just hoping against hope it will be more exciting.
