Tommy was for me one of our greatest keepers, a brilliant keeper who was the perfect fit for us, did his job consistantly and never let us down whenever he was called on . similar to Glenn and Ryan a legend . Well done tommy on a fantastic career and thanks

Incredible professional - as shown by keeping going to 41! He was a key part of a very special Stoke team.
Interestingly he was just one league game for us off of becoming only the third man to play 100+ Premier League games for three different clubs. Can anyone name the other two?

Tommy was fantastic for us, not only a great keeper, but a great character too.... I'll never forget the FA CUP semi final, when he came running out and slid on his knees to Huth and Shawcross after Walters goal!!! 👍

Absolutely unbelievable bit of business getting him in on a free. Experienced and still with loads to give when he signed for us, and give it he did! Definitely one of the key men in those early Prem years and no doubt Bego and Butland benefitted from his competition/advice as well. Also seems a top bloke, so best of luck to him. Melbourne not a bad place to retire to!

Speed and Delap is correct! Although I answered them, you sure not Barry as well? Gareth Barry has played 100 games for three clubs in the prem when you add his loan spell and permanent transfer at Everton together. So yes, there is four

Fantastic goalkeeper. If I remember correctly, he had a bit of a knack for picking up slight injuries that would force him off either in the game or warm up - bit like De Goey in that respect.
Apart from that, was an absolute beast for us - a real presence and saved us time and again first 2 prem seasons. Also outstanding in the Cup run, including a man of the match performance in the final. His reactions/agility went a bit last season or 2, but not to the level that Givens did.
All the best Tommy.

One of the great Pulis signings of our PL era. For me, the signing of the season. He was unbelievable in that first and even second season.
I wonder who got his prime? Us? Villa? Or Sunderland?

His little injuries to force him off mid-game mysteriously stopped with he had Begovic waiting on the bench instead of Simonsen.

Can picture the save from Balotelli like it was yesterday,Savage had it as his 'save of the season.' Great professional,O'Neill was quite scathing of him wasn't he? Villa's loss was certainly our gain.
