Good afternoon fellow Stokies
If you fancy a game tomorrow afternoon the under 23s are playing at Leek Town 2 pm kick off.
It is just a fiver to get in - cockney Ted has told me he is coming for the game and a beer. I hope a few more do too.
Come down. It's good at Leek and there is a meet the Manager event soon after in the bar . Neil Baker is the Leek Manager, former Crewe Assistant Manager and a life long Stoke fan. Ok it's not Stoke but he will be a good free watch over a pint. He is a good bloke.
It would be great if a few Stokies come to Leek and have a beer with us not normal lot from north Staffordshire.
Cheers

It's a good ground is Harrison Park, very much conference standard for such a small club, as for the town itself............ Lol

Yes its a great little bar, and I only stumbled on it by accident and really enjoyed the place and will certainly go back, not sure about the 7% beers though mate, that would finish me off as I am a light weight these days, 5-5.5% ciders are enough for me 😆 not sure how it would cope with big groups of football fans but if anyone is going leek tomorrow and you like real good beer pop in you wont be disapointed 👍

Some great pubs in Leek, there is a newish pub in Russell st round the corner from the roebuck that sells or did sell good ale, opened last year, only tried it the week it opned, not been back since.
