I guess throwing bottles of piss is not a millennials thing. Aye, seems to have gone out of fashion. There's a ban on single use plastics this year, cardboard cups don't travel that far.

Wise words guys. Saw some of the Killers. Then went to the other stage and it was a graphical lighting masterpiece. Thankfully i could switch between both sets via the bbc. The Killers were slick but i have seen them better and lifted when Jonny Marr joined them. The Chemical brothers i only know a few songs but as you said a graphical lighting masterpiece which must have been great when in the crowd, but when you can switch between the acts the contrasts was great. As for JJ i am not a into dance troupes on stage as it takes away enjoyment of music but in the bits i watched she has sharp dance moves but thats it the songs were awful, but the media trying again to make sound special. I do think Kylie's set will be better but lots of dancers, will she sing nasally live or dudded to sound more like studio sound. Glasto is a great variety of different music genre's and i have seen several great budding artist i have previously seen or heard a little of, thats the beauty of the event.

Brandon Flowers. One of the thee very best performers. A proper showman!! Awesome set Excellent set and inspired choice to involve The Pet Shop Boys because Human could easily be one of their numbers. He's got a decent voice as well. Johnny Marr looked pretty cool as well.

Masterpiece my ring piece. Two or three decent tracks and that's yer lot. Everything else they've done since has been utter dogshit. So you think 'when we were young' is an "utter dogshit" song then?!... Yes mate. Not my cup of tea. To be honest I watched their whole set last night and, fair play to them they put a very good show on, but I just don't like their music. I've been at festivals before where they've been headlining and not watched a single second of them.

Jüngle were a funky/smooth/soulful contemporary twist on an 80’s sound.
A really beautiful set.

Johnny Marr was excellent . For anyone tempted to go see him, he’s second on bill to Doves in Perry Park, Brum on July 28th, Coral and the Twang are on as well, and Groupon are doing the tix at £30 incl fees at the minute.

"Andrew Kerr dowsed the church with his hazel wand, showing the vicar how a ley line led straight to the altar.
He’d discovered a talent for dowsing years ago, and also knew John Michell, author of The New View Over Atlantis. It was a natural part of the preparations to dowse Worthy Farm to find the most powerful place to put the stage.
In accordance with sacred geometry, he and John Michell decided that this stage should be in the form of a pyramid, “to draw beneficial astrological influence and stimulate the Earth’s nervous system with joy, appreciation and happiness.” The famous pyramid stage of today’s Festival is still on the spot that they first picked."

Rather unexpectedly enjoying Sean Paul on the red button at the moment (even though it's ostensibly rhythmic misogyny).
