Sun has a story tomorrow saying that Arnie is set for a "shock exit" to AC Milan or PSG for £15 million

If either of them want him then we better get more than 15m.
Both are minted.

If we sell Arnautovic for £15 million then Scholes wants his head slowly unscrewing before having it shoved violently up his arsehole.

I'll bet The Sun had a story about Arnie leaving this time last year as well.

He's carried this teams for decent parts of this season in terms of assists and goals.
If he goes I'm worried, it's like losing zonz again and we haven't replaced him. Losing two players of that level is massive. Our past form has showed we can't replace them/won't pay

There's a reason we bought Ramadan. By the end of next season Arnie will be 29. If there is ever a time for club and player to cash in it's this summer.

I certainly wouldn't be gutted to see him leave. To be honest Sunday was our best performance in a while and he wasn't on. There's no doubt he's a talent but he's not irreplaceable and between him and Ramadan I'd take the Egyptian. £15m in today's market is on the low side but if we got up to £20m and it was all ploughed back into the team then I'd say bye bye Arnie

It'll serve some 'fans' right if he does go.
You know, the ones that keep calling him 'lazy' or a 'show pony'.

It'll serve some 'fans' right if he does go. You know, the ones that keep calling him 'lazy' or a 'show pony'. It'd bite the team in the arse, guaranteed. He's hot and cold but still our superstar. Would be beyond gutted if he left. I suppose the fact that he's our main man is what makes it difficult for us; talented if inconsistent winger helps team to ninth for three seasons in a notoriously competitive league, having a blinder in last year's. Team fall to lower half finish. Manager looks semi-clueless. Winger offered a way out Could see it happening, even if it would completely fuck us over. £25m at least

£15m seems on the low side to me, but you have to ask yourself what has Arni achieved in goals and assists this season?
His play has become very predictable, and personally I'd prefer to watch Ramadan, who IMO will get a lot better.
So, love Arni, he is our most exciting player, and I'd prefer he stayed and helps us win something next season, but if he wants out and we get some big bucks for him, he can go for me.

I'd definitely be gutted if he left. Absolutely love the guy. But every player has his price. Trouble is, £15m most definitely ain't it.
If a club with the resources of PSG want our best player, and they probably don't, then you've got to be looking at nearer to double that in today's market.
What I don't get though, if this story has any shred of truth, is why would big clubs be interested now after he's had a bit of a mixed season and is now on a long contract with us, when they could have had him for just £12m at the end of a more effective season a year ago.

What he's achieved is a direct contribution to around 25% of our goals this season. He creates more chances - by far - than anyone else in our team. Make no mistake about it, we are fucked without him.

It'll serve some 'fans' right if he does go. They actually believe these silly games on PC, like football manager. Very similar to refs who have never played football You know, the ones that keep calling him 'lazy' or a 'show pony'. I'm sure some stoke fans hate footballers.. even fuller was hounded by some.

Hate to see him leave.
Anything south of 25million should actually be laughed at. We just couldn't benefit. Who would replace him? daft example maybe but who thinks Bolassie is(was) better than Arne? How much did he go for? A suitable replacement would just cost more!

Anyone who thinks that in Ramadan we have a ready-to-go replacement should be led away by men in white coats. Arnie is a goal maker and a goal scorer and our talisman, this would be a disaster beyond words

We should fight tooth and nail to keep him. He's our best player and recently signed a new contract. I'd rather make him stay and run it down than see him go this summer.

If We do sell Arnie then it will indicate a lack of ambition at the club and I wouldn't be surprised if Shaq then decides that he wants to leave as well. We have to keep hold of both of these for at least one more year by which time hopefully Ramadan and Verlinden will have improved and be ready to step up.

A team with very little flair players, it would be a very poor decision to let him go. The issue is with him. He now has his head turned. Definitely will leave.
