He's scored and that's great but to be relying on him now when we've spent God knows how much in terms of wages and transfer fees just shows at how badly Hughes has done. I love Crouchy and he should be here next season (Walters should be off) but it shows where we've sunk to. |

Crouch deserves a spot in the 25 not as a starter, but he's reliable and nobody can deny his ability and height when needed. Only Rondon holds the ball up better I think.

How about combining him up top with the likes of Berahino - could be viable for as season or two. At least we would have a bit of structure to work around. |

Crouch has been a great player for us. Can clearly do a job because his game doesn't reply on pace.
But we've finished 13th and our top scorer is a 36-year-old with a paltry seven league goals to his name. Hardly anything to shout about.
