Yes.
Spending a bucket load of cash and could potentially finish 16th.

Not sure of the statistics but irrespective of that it most certainly feels that. Very few highlights, early cup exits and losing 7 games to 4 goals. Worst ever goals against. Something has to change.

Off the top of my head, I think if we get a point next week, it will equal our lowest points total?

Undoubtedly yes

Fuckin hell mate do you really need to ask the question? We have been abject from start to finish. I have given Hughes the benifit of the doubt, but tonight has confirmed to me he has lost the plot. To give Johnson a new contract as tonight has proved has basically condemned us to playing with ten men every week.

If we lose next week yes but with the best squad we have ever had apparently

Without a doubt!
Awful cup exits. Awful football. No signings working out. Constant drubbings.
If Hughes stays next year we could drop

I feel like I did at the end of Pulis' last season.
In some ways, this feels worse.

You can dress a pig in lipstick, but its still always a pig
No desire, lack of heart, no tactics, no clue. The biggest let down season for years

6 points is the closest we have finished to 18th place and the trap door, we could well finish closer than that this time around so in that regard it could well be.
It's been a barmy season though with it all being so close, I mean to think Sparky was still mumbling on about finishing 8th in his press conference yesterday!!

Definitely.
4-1 Man City, 4-0 Spurs, 4-1 Palace, 4-1 Liverpool, 4-0 Spurs, 4-1 Arsenal
1-2 v Hull in League Cup
0-2 v Wolves in FA Cup
One positive and one only - staying up. The rest of it has been utter shit.
I'm not going to get all Benjamin Nobhead about it and start saying we're going down next year becasue who knows who we'll get rid of and sign in the summer, but it doesn't feel great right now.

41 points and the most goals conceded in a season since being in the premier league would make it our worst season, yes.
Let's see what happens at Southampton
