It's just a sensible reaction and choice when comparing Mrs May to the coward, Royal hating, supporter of terrorism with no economic credibility whatsoever who is leading the opposition, and quite right too!!

It's just a wrap-around advert isn't it? They have bought loads of them up and down the country.
I was reading about the same thing in Bury or Wigan or somewhere up there yesterday.

Mmmmm.. I don't agree with that at all. A front page advertisement rather than news..... This could back fire.

"Your usual Sentinel is inside this advertisement feature" Very clever but I'm not sure the Sentinel's name should be above it Anyway, I'm off out to get a couple of copies. One for the front window and another for the scrap book

They could stick a front page photo of Corbyn curling one on The Cenotaph and the Red Plague would still vote for them here.

It's just one of those wrap around Ads on a 'false' front page isn't it? The Evening Standard in London has them about twice week.
I guess the Sentinel are so short of money they can't be picky about who they sell them to, in fact I suspect if you offer this adverising opportunity it may not be even legal, seen as discriminatory, to turn any organisation down wishing to pay for the service, even the Tory party.

To be fair there is no alternative to the tories at the moment labour are unelectable with the current crop in charge and I'm a labour supporter!

Yes they are, I must admit I don't like it much, and I don't suppose in all truth the newspapers do either, but what can they do? Print media is flat on its arse with the rise and rise of the internet, no one is willing to pay for pay much for newspapers so their main form of revenue is advertising and this kind of advertising, adverts disguised as editorial/front page news are I presume the ones that may the most

I wonder how much it cost to buy the Sentinel's dignity? Fuck off Torries, fuck off Sentinel. In fairness, I doubt this decision was made by anyone at The Sentinel. I imagine it was a deal done with Trinity Mirror for all their publications.

Bit pointless really as I would guess that 85% of the Sentinels area, geographically, is staunch Labour, and would probably not even read the front page advert...I could understand it in key marginal seats, say like Lichfield, Tamworth, etc etc, but Stoke is as strong a Labour seat as you will find.

This is why I dont get involved in political debates cause the majority of the public thinks any leader of any party is no good or they are shit at this that and the other. I bet the people who critize couldn't do any better. Talk is cheap.
