What's it say on the back of that shirt? gayle but the whole thing is more of a shitstorm than a gayle Thanks. Can hardly read it. Perhaps a white patch on the back would make it more legible.

The reason for the white sheet on the back of the home shirt is it has to be dressed ( at a price ) with numbers & name to look 1/2 acceptable,..
Lot to be said for the late 70s - 80s when replica shirts were a no-no & the only identifier fans wore was a pin badge , that seemed to grow smaller & smaller each season .. yet despite the tiny size could still be identified acrosss even the most crowded pub or station platform as friend or foe

would of liked this design more from macron for our home top why cant we have the white block across the front, then just bet365 in letters like the away top, instead of that red oblong? (which is always a different red than the stripes!!!)

(which is always a different red than the stripes!!!) I was thinking that. I think it would look far more professional than what to me looks like something just slapped on the front of the shirt as an after thought.

I'd also have Adidas back in the blink of an eye, if you don't believe me dig out one of the adidas shirts from say our 150 year centenary, the difference in the quality compared with the festering tat we have today is massive.

I was very dubious about the away top especially the dodgy pic with Shaq wearing it skin tight but since seeing it in the shop I decided to get one as I think it looks different. Each to there own I suppose but as I said to a bloke who walked past me going down to the match (who said it was awful) I replied "thats ok mate i'm not asking you to wear it you muppet!" I'm sure it'll grow on people. As for the home top I was going to get the new one when I went in the shop but decided against it again because of the panel on the back. With Palarse and Newcastle going full stripes on the back, someone from the club should explain again why they feel this is so necessary when it clearly isn't.

I thought the away one looked pretty good on the website, but when I saw people wearing them at the southampton match they looked like trash.

The white one has a feel of the old Admiral England shirt of the mid 80's.

What sort of morons do these kit manufacturers employ I suppose the clown responsible has got a Micky mouse degree in textiles and design On the good side it makes our home kit look quite classy
